Grief Attacks can be debilitating, had to slow my breathing down, panic attack was at the door. Triggered by friend losing his father when I received news, felt like all hell broke lose.

I dont know her personally but I watched the wedding video and fell in love with her smile and the way she loves her Igbo culture; only for me to read the comment and see RIP🥺💔 I’m so so sorry for your loss Brother Tolu🥺 May the Lord continue to comfort you and strengthen you 🙏🏽

Watching this video of Chidinma is bittersweet. She feels so alive through it! I see her face and I picture her talking. Sometimes I still can't believe she's gone and it breaks my heart all over again.
