It is privately owned by Sean Ryan and his wife who are slowly remodeling it. It was...

How to Use Lightroom Classic to Edit Landscape Image
มุมมอง 635 หลายเดือนก่อน
Editing can be a personal preference of what you like in an image. Here is an image I just took and how I decided to edit it. I use Lightroom Classic to edit most of my images. Sometimes I spend less than a minute and sometimes I take days to edit an image to get it to where I want it. It's good to walk away and come back to an image if you aren't sure or you feel something isn't right. You mig...
I love your positive attitude Andrea. I havent started a channel yet but plan to soon. It seems consistency and perseverance is the key. Thanks for sharing and good luck with your You Tube journey.
Thank you so much! Yes, even when you are discouraged about not getting as many views as you hoped for, just move on to the next video and do better every video. Good luck on starting your channel and have fun with it!!! 😄❤️😄
Thank you for these important reminders. I’ve been posting weekly for almost six months and I’m so proud I’m about to post video 25! Thankfully I love making the videos. I really do. It would be more than a dream come true to make money one day but I’m really doing this for my own creativity, performance, and self-expression in service of the audience spreading much needed love and inspiration. I’m struggling with who my audience is but I’m focusing on developing the content. I’ve learned everything frame by frame from content creators. Ugh. I do get discouraged but it’s a long marathon and I’m in for the long haul! ❤❤❤
Yay! Way to go 😄😄😄 You are very welcome! It's definitely a journey/marathon but it will be worth it! We just have to keep going ❤️ Your audience will find you 🥰
I would Like to let you know they Northern Ireland, is not a different country. The country you visited is full Ireland. And the it is occupied by the British empire. Irish people take grave exception to the six country’s of our country being called a different country. We have 32 country’s 26 are in the southern part. Very soon we will have 32 counties back. So to be politically correct just call it the north.❤ Thanks for the up load
Thank you for the clarification 😊
I’m going in the beginning of July. What do you recommend?
I would mostly bring the same things from the video but a lightweight version. Layers are going to be the most important. Instead of fleece leggings, I would bring normal leggings. You probably don't need a down jacket, mittens or scarf. Weather is so unpredictable in Ireland. I was there in July once and it rained every day and I wore pants and a lightweight shirt with a raincoat most of the time. Enjoy your trip!
This is the best video to date. Great photography, really captures the atmosphere on the island. Excellent recommendations.
Thank you so much! I'm glad you liked it 💚💚💚
what brand were the shoes/boots for rain?
They are Bogs boots. They don't make that exact style anymore, but they have similar styles.
Yikes - locked in? What if there's a fire?
I'm sure we would get out in an emergency.
Aren't you supposed to have prescriptions in the original bottle for Irish customs?
We never had a problem with this. If you want to travel on the safe side and avoid any delays then yes, you should keep medication in prescription bottles. I know the TSA doesn't require it, but you're right. Irish customs may require it.
Im coming in September. Going to Dublin, Galway and Belfast. Any of these not hospitable??
You will have so much fun! I haven't been to Belfast. I would see the Wicklow Mountains while you are in Dublin. So many great spots near Galway 💚 Enjoy!
Thank you for all of the wonderful tips!!!
You are very welcome! Glad you liked them 💚
In Ireland, if you don't like the weather, just wait 5 mins. It is very changeable, one minute the sun can be splitting the skies, next minute the heavens can open. So yes, bring some rain gear if going walking. Normal bacon (or rashers) here is back bacon, it's not ham. If you want American style bacon ask for STREAKY bacon, asking for crispy bacon will mostly work too but you may just get normal back bacon just done crispy. The type of fuel your rental car takes will usually be on a label next to filler cap or in the inside of the fuel flap.
Totally agree! It's crazy how weather can change so much in one day and even in 15 minutes 😀
Very helpful video, thank you. What are the second pair of shoes you showed, the greenish looking boots?
Thank you! Glad you found it helpful! The brand is Bogs boots. They don't make that exact style anymore, but there are some like it.
We like our roads actually, they're beautiful. Much nicer than motorways everywhere, that would cause major disruption to our tranquil way of life. We do have big roads, called motorways, you can find these on a map. Electrical outlets in bathrooms where people can come in tired, drunk, drugged or innocent and electrocute themselves. Insurance requirements. Plus safety building regulations. We do call bathrooms bathrooms when there is a bath there. A toilet, when there's a toilet. And nothing if you ask for an empty room. Cars are small because we're logical. Ireland has a high level of car ownership in which most you'll have just a single traveller. No need for big cars unless you're carry others 😮.
Thank you for your clarification on these topics. I love the small roads as well, they are beautiful! I love Ireland and everything about the culture. I wanted to convey the differences so people are aware when they travel to Ireland. When you travel to a different country it's nice to know what to expect.
You mentioned there was one city where they weren’t friendly. I’m planning our trip now and one wanna avoid that town
Even though they weren't the friendliest, I would still visit there again. There were only a few people and I don't want those few to ruin the reputation of the town.
In timestamp 5:03, what car is that? Going to Ireland in a month and that appears to be the size we need for our rental. Thank you for all the great tips!
Glad you liked the tips! I believe it was a Seat ATECA that we rented. I had not heard of it prior to renting but it was a great size and just what we needed.
You will not be locked in your hotel room haha
They won't lock you in on purpose. But some do lock the doors at night and if you get up early and try to go outside it might be locked.
If you have medications to bring, do you have to have the original containers with the prescription on them?
It is not required for you to keep medication in the original containers while traveling.
Great video and info! Felt like I was actually there, and can’t wait to visit!❤️
Thank you so much! Glad you liked it ❤️😄❤️
PVC booties with faux fur lining
I'll have to look into those. Thanks for the recommendation! 😄
This was really lovely and you are a really good narrator - how did yous have the place to yourselves?? Are you still in Ireland? Welcome to Eire regardless and hope you do a few more videos!!!
Thank you so much! 💚 We just happen to be there when no one else was there. We went in mid - late October, so it wasn't as busy. I hope to do a few more videos on various places that we saw while there. Ireland is so beautiful, full of amazing places! 😄💗
Do u have the link for the camera bag?
I used an electronic organizer bag that I got from amazon. If you search for "YOUBDM travel cord organizer bag" you will get a few different options to choose from :)
that room you asked about was a guard room
Awesome! Thank you for the info 😀👍💚
Pack yer brain.
Yes, you should never leave that behind 😉
Thanks for the video. Awesome seeing inside.
Absolutely! Glad you enjoyed it 😀
Well done there for your production of this beautiful video ...outstanding.... please keep up the good work!!!!!!!
Thank you so much! I truly appreciate it 💚💚💚
Down there to the right shores of Lough Tay, most of the series ' The Vikings' was filmed.
So cool! The perfect scenery and so picturesque ☺️
This is great thank you!! Will be going to Ireland in 14 days and wasn’t sure what to bring or what the weather will be like
You're welcome! Glad you liked it. 😊 Have so much fun! 💚💚💚
Seems like you had great experience with the car rental. What company did you use? Have been reading about a lot of negative reviews about car rental in Ireland.
and if you could share how to look for the family/triple room, that would be great. Thanks in advance.
We used a travel agent to get our rental car. I believe it was Sixt.
@worksmartful it was a challenge to find a large room with multiple beds. I would look for hotels that I liked, then go to their website and see what rooms they had available.
Thank you for this great video and your blog with all the documents very very useful. Very happy and thx for sharing ! 💋
You are very welcome! I'm glad you found them helpful 💚😄
Very nice video, Andrea! Well done!!
Thank you so much! 💚💚💚
Awesome video. What month did you travel?
Thank you! October 💚
Which month did you pack for?
This would work for the shoulder season (Mar-May and Sept-Nov). I went in October/November timeframe. Layers are most important any time you go. In the summer I would bring lighter weight options.
We just came across your channel and we love all the content. We are going to Ireland in October and I this video has been so helpful. Where did you purchased your leggings?
So glad you found my channel! 💚 You will love Ireland in October! Most of my leggings are from Costco. 😊
How cold is it in Oct?!?!
Such a practical video! This is what I was looking for! I am going in June and I tend to get cold, now I know I need a dawn jacket and a cozy pair of leggings!
Glad you found it helpful! Have so much fun 💚
Great video! I found it very helpful. What was the brand of camera bag you use? I'm looking for a good one to travel with. Thanks!
So glad you found it helpful! I'm constantly searching for the perfect camera bag. Right now, I like this one from Amazon for my Sony a6400. Electronics Organizer, OrgaWise a.co/d/iWW0Lam

Hello, Great and useful videos and tips for travel and photography. Which lenses do you recommend to take with us to Ireland? My camera is an entry level dslr (Nikon d3400) that belonged to my late daughter so it means a lot for me. How can I make sure water doesn’t damage it in case of rain. It’s not waterproof. Any suggestion. Thank you.
Thank you! I'm glad you like the videos! I would take a zoom lens with you. I brought my 18-300 tamron lens for my Sony a6400 camera. I would make sure you have a waterproof bag to keep your camera in and only take it out if the weather looks nice. Always keep it in a waterproof bag too because in Ireland the weather can can in an instant. I will wrap my camera in a hand towel and stick it in the waterproof bag until I want to use it. Have a great time in Ireland💚
@@andreabernhardt 18mm was the widest you had with you? Correct?
@@Reza-S1340 correct
I've walked the whole circumference of the Dingle Peninsula. I'd highly recommend the Beara Peninsula, if you haven't been. Also the Aran Islands. The south coast of Inishmore has cliffs that are as spectacular as the Cliffs of Moher.
Great advice! I agree that the Beara Peninsula is beautiful! We tried to go to the Aran Islands in 2007 and the weather did not cooperate. Hopefully I will get another chance sometime 💚
100❤❤Excellent ❤
Thank you! ❤️❤️❤️
De todos os vídeos sobre a Irlanda que assisti esse é o mais bem feito! Parabéns! Paisagens fabulosas!!
Thank you so much! I truly appreciate it ❤️❤️❤️

😄
what brand is your rain jacket? thx
Viev Gemma Short. I got it at Sierra
What if I WANT my arms to look big? 😂
Haha! Press your arms against your body 😄
Are stores closed on Sundays?
It depends on the town and time of year. For the most part, stores are open on Sundays. If you are there between October and March they usually have more limited hours and some stores and restaurants/pubs close for the winter season.
@@andreabernhardt Thank you.

@golgumbazguide...4113 this video is about Ireland, so I was wondering if you've been there or want to travel there?
Thank you for your video 🍀
You are so welcome!
You not including the Giants Causeway, a fantastic natural wonder consisting of 40,000 perfectly formed basalt columns, is a CRIME!! Ireland is lucky to have the perfect balance of wind, rain and sun to be near unrivaled for plant growth
I'm sure it's amazing to visit! I haven't been to Northern Ireland, but when I do, it's on my list 😊
Congratulations🎉
Thank you so much!! ❤️🥰❤️
wonderful video..on Ireland sorry the best video on Ireland.... thanks
Thank you so much! I'm glad you liked it 💚
Andrea, I just came across your video and I loved it! I live in Ireland and it is important to be comfortable in our changeable weather. All seasons in one day as you say! Just to let your viewers know that if they are looking for cheap clothes while here, a shop called Penneys would have most things you need. Most towns have charity shops too where you could pick up a cosy layer for a good price. Also, the east coast is much drier and warmer than the west coast. Safe travels ❤
I'm glad you loved it! Thank you so much for your advice on getting clothes there! Good to know that the east coast is drier and warmer 💚💚💚
Thanks so much for the helpful advice! We are so excited for our first trip to Ireland for our daughter’s wedding. We will be there from May 14-31 and will be traveling to the SW coast, Galway area, Waterford and of course Dublin. I’m struggling with what to pack because we live in Florida and don’t have cold weather clothes. I was hoping that wearing pants, long sleeves, a jacket or sweater and raincoat would be warm enough. We have bad knees and hips so don’t plan to do a ton of hiking. Will we still need to buy those extra warm clothes you talk about for travel this time of year? Thanks in advance for your help!
@gpcsPat how exciting to be there for your daughters wedding! If you aren't going to be spending a ton of time outside, then you should be fine. Wear layers. You can always get extra clothes while you are there if you don't feel warm enough. Have fun! 💚💚💚
