Just curious if you’ve used the social studies from cle. I’m not finding any reviews on it.

I literally had to put my daughter in school and having to get a job just last week and my heart is so broken right now. And having a Christianity crisis on top of it! Life is a mess. My daughter is iffy with the school. We have debt and we are drowning and that’s why I need to work we aren’t getting anywhere. God was calling me to homeschool too just like you! And let me tell you what the school systems teach so differently and my daughter gets a bit confused. Uhhhhh I want to pull her out!!!! And the meanness of others :( she says mommy kids don’t pray before they eat :( so mommma I’m getting it. You are going to get through this momma with god and your family!!!!! You got this and you are not alone! 🙏🙏🙏🙏

This is off topic but I saw a recent video that you were planning to try The Good And The Beautiful LA this year. I am considering switching my first grader to it as I am super busy with now six kids and we have a lot of difficult things going on all at once. Would love to know your thoughts about it so far please!!!

Ted Dekker writes a duology called AD 30 and AD 33. SO GOOD! They're not super weird like some of his.

I think you might be measuring your flour wrong. Instead of scooping it out with the measuring cup, spoon the flour into the cup. Otherwise you end up with too much flour. This is why your muffins are turning on the dense side.

I'm having a really hard time finding good, free printable lapbook resources other than for basically Madeline and Ping. Where are you finding great resources to grap for some of the other books? I have so many littles i just don't have time to try to reinvent the wheel. I'm ok paying a little for Teachers Pay Teachers, too.
