I found this talk rather interesting. I am not especially knowledgeable about the Bahai Faith. I would really appreciate knowing the relationship between them and Jesus Christ. From what Mr. Dunbar said, it seems as though Jesus is a back seat driver, so to speak, to Baha'u'llah. It also sounds like according to BF that Jesus isn't going to return in as significant of a capacity as the Bible says. Could someone please explain?

@14:00 yeah, but that is allegorical for heavens sake. When you "cleanse yourself of all acquired knowledge" that leaves a metaphorical mental vacuum. You will have to fill it immediately. The mind does not tolerate a vacuum. As soon as you ask a question your mind fills in the blank, even if it is a righteous, "I have no idea!"

"Cleanse yourself of all acquired knowledge..." this is the test, because our egos resist...you can't receive true guidance without true humility. Studying the Writings, meditating on them, and praying daily helps so much with getting to that state of humility. 💕

As a BAHA'I death and the "Afterlife" is nowhere in my worries, top is consideration and "Service" my Fellowmen, progress in my Spiritual Life and being a magnet to the TEACHINGS for "AFTER LIFE" all there is "RETURN TO SOURCE" as in GOD IS LIFE vasis fot existence that I learned as a child, when "GOD IN HEAVEN" as in "OUTERSPACE" was an alarm to the lies that prompted me to INVESTIGATE the "Traditional Religions" with the GOD GUIDANCE I solicited that led me to "BAHA'U'LLAH AND THE NEW ERA" where I confirmed that "HEAVEN-"HELL ARE STATES OF THE HUMAN MIND" a mindset to live by. Death is in actuality a relief from "HELL" leaving that "LAKE OF FIRE" where it belong.

The BAHA'I FAITH is NOT about immortality, it's about the FULFILLMENT of ALL THE HOLY SCRIPTURES. We are ALL "LIVING IMMORTALITY" with a "CONSCIOUS INTERLUDE" of our PURE, UNCORRUPTIBLE ETERNAL SOUL which is the IMMORTAL ESSENCE of our EXISTENCE. I rather concentrate on GOD'S PROGRESSIVE REVELATIONS, IMMORTALITY should be the least of our interest. The BAHA'I'S goal is HUMAN HARMONY and turning "WEAPONS OF WAR INTO PLOWSHARES". EVOLUTION and "IMMORTALITY is part of the denying of a SUPREME BEING and the BUSINESS OF THE GOSPEL. A waste of time and mental energy.

I sense, without listening to what have NOTHING to do the BAHA'I TEACHINGS which is the BLUEPRINT for "TURNING WEAPONS OF WAR INTO PLOWSHARES and HUMAN HARMONY. As in LIFE IS ETERNAL, LIVING is the SCHOOL for the CLEANSING of the HUMAN WILL with intervals of "CONSCIOUS INTERLUDES = BIRTH to DEATH, with doing it all over after 144 years a "LIFE CYCLE" learned in "ANCIENT EGYPT" now it's in the "OCCULT" realm. As a BAHA'I, ETERNAL LIFE is NOT a consideration. Life is for LEARNING, ETERNITY takes care of itself
