The gunplay was okay, but the overall vibe of the game and the missing features like "Ping the enemy" stopped me to play it. There are other games out there that are appealing than Combat Champions.

I guess I disagree about the xDefiant stuff. Their games feel just as rigged as COD. But I didn’t like xDefiant from the first game i played either, it was baaaaad. Definitely wasn’t impressed by it. Literally included in game invisibility and ESP to hide the actual cheater problem which obviously I’m not on board with. Last good CODs were MW2/MW3/BO1. Every game after that is garbage. Every single one.

The problem with a lot of these small dev teams is they come from bigger studios that push alot of woke goofy colorful hero shooter garbage nobody cares about and then implement something similar or practically the same into their own games. I think I speak for 90 percent of multiplayer fps fans when I say we want something like killzone 2, medal of honor, or battlefield 3. Its time to bring back the glory days of gaming...

I think what they are saying is engagement isn't a factor in deciding lobbies, but the whole lobby deciding system is in service of engagement. Why would comparing engagement be necessary if the goal is to increase engagement? Maybe matching more engaged players with eachother will make them even more engaged I guess, but they say they aren't doing that so they must have decided against it. My point is that it's not contradictory. It's like saying skill based matchmaking is in service of increasing players skill. It's clearly not. There are factors in the pursuit of a separate goal. Engagement is a goal, not a factor is what they are saying

In the OCE matchmaking pool, there's very few players (especially like 3months after release when a new cod DIES) so the removal of your bullets, removal of enemies recoil, making their bullets 1 tap you, etc. is all extremely common, and, extremely obvious. It's always a boglim who can barely rotate the controller sitting in a corner with their freshly purchased skin who is being given aimbot, perfect spawn of enemies and literal invincibility. I play at a very high skill level because I've been playing FPS games for almost 15 years and used to play CS a decade ago, so my matches pretty much go 3-5 wins with top frag, and then a game that's a total travesty where my bullets are turned off, enemies kill me in 1 hit and I always spawn in front of them. I stopped playing COD because it's entirely and wholly rigged to convince the lowest iq, lowest common denominator speds to buy skins. Zombies has been reduced to a skin leveling mode with literally no substance whatsoever in any capacity, it's all an insult.

Variety is the spice of life, but Activision doesn't believe that so we all get vanilla so no one's feelings are hurt.

I quit BF3, SoT and CS2 because I can’t compete with these sweaty kids and hackers. Mostly it isn’t fun to play a game you lose 10/10 matches. I can’t afford to log hundreds of hours to become good at a game.

Every gun fight is dominated by the algorithm, bounces your shot away everytime, if you shoot dead centre it will bounce left, adjust to centre counces you right, it's quick and slight bt it's in every gun ffight, i honestly can't believe people play it

EOMM is in pubs and ranked. These greedy scum don’t care they want money from plebs. Which is why I play so much less. It’s not fun, knowing my matches are rigged. I’m fine losing because I am bad but I’m not fine losing just because an algorithm decided it’s my time to lose. Also wins aren’t satisfying because I can see it’s only because EOMM gave it to me. I’m a 1kd in every cod since cod4. I hate this disbanding lobby system with EOMM. Which is why I play cod way less than I used to. I loved cod which is why I’ve played everyone since cod4 but now I know EOMM is manipulating me I’m barely playing and I will not be playing bo6 either. I know Damn Well EOMM will be in bo6 too. Did you win because you are improving? Or did the algorithm let you win? Did you lose because you’re bad or because it’s your turn to lose? This system affects every skill level.

Then why aren't you playing the older versions of COD that are still playable online? It doesn't sound to me (or look) like you play this game for fun but rather for competition . I'm not a noob and I don't suck at the game but I'm not a sweat either and it comes across that you would rather have the lobbies you're in be full of noobs than sweats. Some people don't have all day every day to play this game and they should be able to play the game and have "fun" rather than being killed over and over again by a bunch of bunny hopping Try hard sweats. It's all the devs fault. It was always going to get striked. If you're going to every TH-camr and telling them that you're making a mod and to promote it in your videos. Activision is going to see it immediately and strike it. Just do it in secret, drop the file on some offshore hosting service and then tell all the youtubers about it. Once enough people have a copy of the files, it will always be playable. It's like iw4x, it was striked but you can still play it and servers are still up if you know how to set it up.

But they won’t need to make them available on PS5 also. I do play MWR on pc but still the PlayStation people would miss out
