Yeah I didn’t see more fps compared to previous driver on the A750

@IntelArcTesting leave that alone, it make a750 crashes while running it but B series cards gain some fps it's a shame that Intel is leaving aside A series card sooner than later...

No it doesn’t. Used to have in game capture tool but they removed it when battlemage launched

@@xxrjxxx1317 I’ve tried a bit of handbrake. Encoded some tv show episodes that were 10-15Mbps to 3-5Mbps using QSV AV1 and still looked really good and took like 5-10 minutes per episode. I’m going to do some more, probably going to convert my entire plex server to save a lot of space.

Today they have released driver updates which has improved its performance by 11 to 17% depending on cpu and frame settings.

@@josephhoalt6824 I’m not using MSI afterburner for power monitoring. Only use it for FPS and frame time graph (rest is HWINFO64) and I’ve never noticed any micro stuttering because of it.

Don't worry, you can overclock it with a power limit edit in the Asus predator software (save file). My LE 770 16gb running @2756 and pulling around 200-250w in-game ;-)

@@akhilb9876 don’t know exactly, software sensor aren’t 100% accurate, TDP is 190W. Also don’t have any tools to measure from cables and PCI-E slot but pretty sure gamer nexus tested it.

Ok, I tried it... GPU: Intel Arc B580 Challenger ASRock CPU: Ryzen 7 5800x3d (you may get a bit better results with a newer CPU like 7800x3d, but i guess 5% max) RAM: 64GB 2400MHz DDR4 (my PC crashes when i set it to deafult 3200MHz, but if you have less RAM and higher clocking, it should be pretty much the same) XeSS Sharpening set to 90 Settings: 4K Ultra preset, XeSS set to Ultra Quality, Frame Generation: XeSS Awful stuttery feeling, 30-50fps Dropping XeSS to Quality saw an increase in fps to 40-60fps When I adjusted the settings of Global Illumination to SSGI and Reflection Quality to "Screen Space Reflections", I achieved pretty stable 50-60fps with little feeling of delay, XeSS set to Ultra Quality Plus So, when adjusting the settings even more, you can even achieve 60+fps at native 4K, but my final settings were Ultra Preset with Illumination & Reflections set to "OFF" and XeSS set to "Ultra Quality", which made me achieve 70-80fps with very occasional drops to 40

@ Thank you! I have Ryzen 5 7500F, which people say should be decent for this card. Modern cores do their work. Also, 32GB of 6000MHz@CL30 RAM. I wonder what those presets do behind the scene. Ultra Quality is probably upscaling from 2K? I guess I’d try upscaling from FullHD, which should be decent still. That’s a good result overall though! Thank you!

The software wattage sensors are not 100% accurate for both cards keep that in mind you’ll have to measure it at hardware level but I don’t have access the tools to do that.

Not the biggest jump but still a great boost especially in vram limited games

Both are using latest drivers. Battlemage use different drivers with lower number compared to alchemist.
