I Remade Minecraft's Creeper Animation In Blender
Omg! this video was supposed to be out months ago but my computer was like, "nope am gonna crash and you will have to start from scratch". but its out now, and its really about Minecraft creeper and it's animation the idea was to create an animation in blender that looked like the creeper was actually creeping hope you enjoyed it.
I GOT MOST OF THE SOUND EFFECTS FROM PIXABAY, its a free website where you can get copyright free sound effects among other stuff for free

Hey! You should use BlockBench if you want to do Minecraft stuff it's simplier and easier than blender and it's how Minecraft made it's 3D models since 1.17

I heavily suggest using blockbench, it’s a very good modeling, texturing and animating tool that even mojang uses

The walk and run are pretty eh, and the run doesnt loop correctly but I do like the leap animation. Great work!!

Thats true, there is also another essence of minecraft. Its versatility and creative freedom, which allows you to play mods, create your own story play with shaders, play with different animations have a blocky sky or a realistic sky. It's the fact that your imagination is the limit that to me is truly beautiful.

Have you heard about block bench it may be easier for this sort of thing?
I've seen a couple vids on it maybe I'll use it for some stuff in the future, but I also want to do some stuff with physics and simulations which unfortunately blockbench can't do right now.

Hey, this is quite cool, quite a nice small project to make since making a Minecraft pige is truly easy. Although one thing bother me the most about games that has animation is that even though you have good animations for walk and run and stuff like that, transition between those animations could be choppy which is very annoying... Sorry, I was talking about as a game developer side of animations in games, lol. Anyways, cool animation, really simple and it seems fun to make.

Personally I think the original looks charming. I noticed it looked weird in The Warden when it was the only one with the very dynamic movements. Personally I think the original animation fits the art style better. Edit: not that I think the original is perfect. I won’t mind a running animation for the pig as long as it fits the glittery style of the original walk cycle.
Fair enough, I was attempting to do like movement from a animation stand point, but I have alot more stuff in mind going forward so stick around.

I feel like the very dynamic animations for the warden help give it that out of place eerie feel, like this writhing mass of flesh where each limb feels like its own entity rather then the warden itself

You definitely deserve more recognition! It hurts to see good creators not get the recognition they deserve!
It's better if you didn't bend the limbs or body and just stay with a rigid model. It's better to just cut the model into maybe 2 cubes, one for the top, one for the bottom, then do the movement with that. It looks better imo
I understand you likely didn't show off all the animals you watched videos of but a cheetah and a dog didn't seem like a good examples for a pig. Different animals move in extremely different ways even ones you'd think wouldn't given that they walk on all fours. Very cool tho! Can't wait to see more from this channel. In the end the animations did turn out alright so like, heck what do i know.
I did watch clips of pigs honestly 😅 but I couldn't find a video that wasn't way too pixilated once I upscaled this video.

Dont bend the models pleasee. It looks horid. Just offset the limbs. It looks better like that
