This is a great list, its got a good mix of well-known, and lesser known characters. My list would be a bit different though SSA - Spyro, Trigger Happy, Prism Break (easily the hardest game to narrow down) Giants - Pop Fizz, Tree Rex, Swarm SF -Bumble blast, Night Shift, Freeze Blade TT - Krypt King, Gear Shift, wildfire SC - Spitfire, Smash Hit, Deep Dive GG Im- Tae Kwon Crow, Chain Reaction, Wild Storm

for me personally, i have been collecting every figure (including reposes!) from ssa and giants! i have everyone aside from cynder and wham-shell, of whom i have series 2 and 3 respectively

you do need a creation crystal to 100% imaginators, one of the challenges or w.e theyre called, requires you to make all 10 creation classes and that goes towards progress

You can also use nfc cards for imagnator crystals since they are much cheaper and dont need to be reset

Why did they nerf the old skylanders in imaginators?

I still can’t believe that Rocky Roll is more on the rare side, back when he first released I got him very easily in a shop near my house, and I found millions of him over the lifespan of Trap Team and even after. The fact that he’s quite rare to find now is surprising.

SSA: Trigger Happy, Igniter and Cynder Giants: Bouncer, Pop Fizz, and Flashwing Swap: Free Ranger, Night Shift, and Smolderdash Trap: Gearshift, Krypt King, and Knight Light, I didn't include any cores due to them not being able to open any elemental gates in their own game, stupid Activision! Superchargers: Spitfire, Splat, and Stormblade Imaginators: Starcast, Ember, and Wild Storm, yeah, he's expensive, but fun, and he's about half the price of Ro-Bow, as a cheaper option, Grave Clobber is a good choice.

If you want to unlock everything in Imaginators, (including all the Imaginite parts) you will need all 31 Senseis and a Creation Crystal of every Element.

You should have made a playlist for videos where you create Imaginators since you like creating them so much.

To me the most common mistake is listening to other people Nobody should listen to other people to choose which skylander to buy Because you can miss out on a skylander that you really love at the end of the day, or be disappointed by one, like imagine being told chop chop is amazing, you buy it, and you hate the fact he only got one amazing attack, while discovering without any knowledge it would be this good may make you feel happy and not disappointed Ask for good skylanders that suits your playstyle, not skylanders thatother people love, because that's what they are, OTHER people, not you

I at the very least like that the figures sport upgraded move bodies. I always disliked having Dino-Rang with the upgraded boomerangs when the figure did not. So that’s pretty cool!

*Easiest way to enjoy Skylanders:* 1. Get the latest version of your most wanted Skylanders (varied and ranked from furthest series number, Legendary, to Elite). Supercharger reposes are in their own separate tier and aren't reverse compatible. Recolors like Holiday, Power Blue, Nitro, etc aren't a factor in stats. Soul Gems are also available in a character's next available game 2. Only modes worth enjoying are Story and anything related to Arena. Getting one each of (blank) to unlock gates or challenges isn't worth further financial investment. 3. The Switch version of Imaginators not only permanently stores characters, but it's useful in deciding classes for Imaginator Crystals IF old data isnt already present in said toy. Additionally, the 3DS versions of SA or Giants can reset crystals internally, but requires the handheld, game (which are also worth a look, imo) and specific 3DS portal. 4. Some games have digital access to starter Skylanders, so you won't need Snap Shot, Spitfire and a land vehicle physically UNLESS you want to use them up to Imaginators 5. Ignore Air and Sea vehicles, unless you really want to play segments or races that require them. The separate Superchargers Racing game gives you access to Land and Sea vehicles 6. Magic items that unlock stages can be ignored, except for Boom Bloom and Air Strike's specific ones which house their respective Soul gem moves 7. You only need the Trap Team portal IF you're also interested in getting any Trap Crystals, since it includes audio. Regardless, any XBox portal only works with its own family of consoles

Why you wouldn't do this with NFC tags instead is astonishing to me. Do you really want all that plastic collecting dust, adults?

I want to get swap force and trap team on ps4 but just for the pure game disc it’s costs £50 and for the starter packs, £150. Simply unreasonable. They also don’t have digital editions so you can’t just buy the game and other things separately. The only game that has a digital edition is super chargers, still at £30.

Just as a small tip, if you want a sensei of each battle class and element, look for the villain senseis. They specifically spread them out, and Jingle Bell Chompy Mage is SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper than the regular variation

Just bought everything, just need the two blue chests from wild storm and ro bow. I did not buy the superchargers though, find them a bit pointless. I was a big fan of giants. Can’t believe I am getting into this in 2024.

I have about 50 Skylanders from all different games but I've never played the game's. I've got all my Skylanders from second hand stores but after watching this video i want to start playing the games. going to start from giants because I like tree rex. So um thanks for making this video 😅

Flare Wolf is the epitome of my preferred Skylanders. A good range and a dash/knock-away move means you'll be harder to hit

Hello CCG! Its been a while! I actually got Rocky Roll recently since I am aware of his rarity in the aftermarket, but in the UK there are these second-hand gaming stores called C.E.X and I got him for £15. Eventually when I get back from holiday I am very curious to see what Rocky Roll is like in game. I also got Echo (another rare trap team core) 2 years back for just £14 before her price increased to £30 there and despite her high price tag, her moveset is completely worth it and she has become my favourite water skylander, so she is a personal recommendation from me :)

If some1 reads this do you think it's worth buying trap team ps4 for 150 euro's? Almost my birthday and ask my parents about it for a game I already have but just on next gen

I have good news and bad news. About 4 hours ago just after it was posted up, I was a sale on facebook marketplace selling 11 of the 14 total Eon's elites. I procrastinated for 3 or 4 hours wondering if it would be worth it at the $15 the seller wanted. Your video convinced me that it was worth it, so I'm going to buy them now! 😊 Bad news though... is that even though I didn’t procrastinate long, there are only 3 of the 11 left after only a couple hours after posting. I wish i had found your video or taken action sooner. I would have bought them all. Thanks to your vide

One thing that might have been useful is if you could help talk about what some efficient combinations of Sensei's would be to hit your benchmark of one of each element.

i prefere do the things from the beginning, so i play (and for the nostalgia) SSA and buying Spyro s3, S.Elf s3, Terrafin s3, Gill Grunt s4 and Chop Chop s2, for me that i played this in 2011 in a friends home and i usually used these figures is the perfect start, right now like 1 year after the first buy i have like 40 figures from all games and completed the first 3 (i have in mind complete the 3ds versions too)

In Imaginators ambush

I mean you could just emulate them if u have a decent pc. beats spending hundreds on a now dead franchise. dont get me wrong i love skylanders but i dont £500+ love it

I found it more fun to play with the original or 2and/3rd series versions. You had additional moves and or just more of a challenge. These Eon's Elite ones look nice as display pieces, and are great for children because they get to have 2400 hp and a more simple character.
