There is a few key points you totally missed, such as Gear 4th not being faster then Gear 2nd. We're shown multiple times throughout the doflamingo and Luffy fight that while Luffy was using Gear 2, he was getting blitzed multiple times throughout the fight and all this was done while luffy was on Gaurd, But when he uses Gear 4th, he is capable of blitzing doflamingo. And also about the Gear 4 Luffy being country is blatantly wrong, Base Luffy alone is Planetary or could possibly be Large Planetary. Chinjao in his prime was splitting ice continents that could not be harmed by fire, or pickaxes, Garp easily broke it. Then later in the coliseum Luffy uses G3 to fix Chinjaos head to its Org. Shape. Then many chapters later chinjao fights sai and with an infused arm+haki kick breaks chinjaos head. (Org. Japanese text tells Sai his kicks have the power to break continents.)
