How Bryan Cranston played two characters in Breaking Bad
This has been a movie I've watched for years and years but you helped me understand it so much deeper than before. Thank you!!! Excellent video!
What lens did you use bro?
It was a Samyang 85mm T1.8 lens with a magnifying diopter on it. It essentially just allowed me to get really close to thing while keeping them in focus 😊
just wow
This Sunny theory sticks with me almost as much as Dennis v Brian LeFevre. I do a Sunny series on my own channel and am always thinking about your articulations in this video.
The little girl was such an amazing actress in this film
It can NOT take ten minutes and 44 seconds to tell us you’re autistic
Profound analysis of a beautiful movie. Not so many videos are really worth sharing. You've made of them.
Loved this movie !
I like how everyone calls Bryan Cranston as Walter White. No matter what movie he is in.
i spilled my drink everyone! nigger babies am i right? or am i right?
I used to watch comedy whenever I was depressed. It stopped helping, so I stopped doing it. Like that episode of The Simpsons where Bart sold his soul and he suddenly couldn’t laugh anymore. I’m not sure what caused it. But I don’t really feel like going to the trouble of figuring it out.
Im not crying you're crying 🥲
That was very beautiful, you seem to have an awesome family. Thank you for sitting your dad down and sharing this part of your life, I'm looking forward to more uploads of yours!
Definitely One of my favorite movies
Do you have any other movie like that?
I love the way you analysed it, especially because you put into words why i do watch it to feel better, and I couldn't have said it better than that
Thank you a lot
You are Genius
I need to watch this film.
Dwayne’s obsession with Nietzche ties in with his need to win in order to fulfill the will to power. It’s part of the same toxic mindset of superiority over others being the ultimate goal in life
Thank you. Your analysis is incredible. One of the best things (if not THE BEST THING) I've seen on youtube. I've always loved this movie, it does feel like a perfect movie, and you have explained why, perfectly.
I miss when they made movies like this.
Watching this in 2024, still a gorgeous masterpiece. Rest in peace, Alan Arkin.
❤loved it
I just found this movie depressing, irritating, and pointless.
And thats just what life is for some people. There is beauty in suffering.
there are a lot of comments on a 3 year old+ video, so i don't expect you to read this, but this video helped me through a little rut <3 Steve Carell's role in this movie helped me see that "victory" can still be found even at the brink of "defeat." or to put it into terms that don't include silly phrases like "winning" and "losing" ------- his role helped me see that I can still have hope and happiness even in the lowest, toughest places. i hope if anyone else reads this, if you are going through something and can't see the end of it, keep pushing. I did, sometimes out of spite, and I can assure you that there is hope here. i promise.
Thank you for this comment, I think I needed to hear these words of encouragement. It definitely helped me
You’re basically talking about the voice of reason. Many times they have outside character being a voice of reason for the scene or whole episode. Dee was supposed to be that but since she convinced them to be crazy as the guys they alternate with that voice of reason. Sometimes it’s Dennis, other times Mac or Dee and rarely Charlie and Frank. Take that scene where Mac and Dennis say to Charlie that they don’t want a wild card for example, and Charlie doesn’t even listen and says what they say “he doesn’t even gets us man” Then Dennis says “we’re talking about you!!” That Dennis line shouldn’t be that funny, if you think about it as a punchline it’s nothing special in what Dennis said. But since it was setup by Charlie’s madness the line is hilarious. That’s the recipe in comedy shows, you got extremely dumb and selfish, even mad plus the voice of reason which kinda represents us the viewers. I think you’re talking about that.
This movie made me feeling nothing the whole time but it was fun to watch...then when they all dance with her in the end even the dad who was hard on her, i broke out into tears. I love this movie
My grandma rented this movie for me when I was about 8 because she didn't read the rating or plot, only the title. It's one of my favorite childhood memories.
I've not seen a better analysis than this for Little Miss Sunshine. You captured the humanness of this film
Lol just cuz it jumped out at me “we all have comfort movie that we watch when we wanna be happy…” lol nah bruh thats jus u
6:30 Just want to point out they must have had a great adviser because they used the best translation it English. One not often mentioned or taught, but leaps and bounds above the others. RJ Hollingdale.
Such a beautiful video. Really touching
35,000th like
Gotta love Steve Carrell
9:44 that applies to all stories in various forms of media not just movies
Hey its not a stupid competition
One of the best movies of all time and your breakdown was/editing was absolutely perfect. Well done. Instant like and sub
this video better fix my life - because its made me want to try again just like Little Miss Sunshine <3
Beautiful video, thank you sir
Omfg thank you for this im feeling kinda down cuz family and bc sometimes our brain just throws our serotonin into the gutter bc you have mood disorder congrats, and yada yada self harmed again after months everyones is crazy and wants to take away your freedom some way or another you feel done and actually thats ok its is ok to cope fck idk how to articulate what i feel but thank you for the video
I mocked this film as hope porn for a long time cause I thought love or happy endings or finding help to come out of depression was just sth that movies cause they sold good. Also cause everyone I've been growing up with just obsesses over work instead of facing their feelings, so I thought it was the norm. But the other day I met a stranger and saw that he was feeling the exact thing as me, and I swear I felt alive. I wish I had been open minded longer.
I wish i could like this video more than once ❤
Cheryl having no dream but just trying to support everyone else's is so relatable as a mother. 😂
Brilliant, brilliant analysis. Thank you❤
9:16 Bizarre, ironic, strange, off-beat, satirical = funny also.
Wow, I come back to this channel every few months. This doc is amazing. Totally out did yourself. 🤘
Sephiroth from the original final fantasy 7 is another great example. You don’t see him for ages but you hear about him and see the aftermath of what he is capable of in a slow buildup. He kills all the guards in shinra hq after they capture you, he kills the massive snake that one shots you when you first fight it… just a beast of an intro
Loved this video❤ I just got done watching the movie for the first time
anyone recommend any movies like this?
