That added bit at the end felt like it would work really well as a start up point for the track mid-fight, like after failing a negotiation and the fight starting again. Would be really cool mechanically!!!

I feel like this sounds like something I'd hear from the Persona 1 PSP remaster and Tokyo Mirage Sessions #FE. Which I think was not a sole Meguro effort? I think Kozuka and Kitajou was part of it. TMS i think had none of the usual Atlus composers. Still very good nonetheless.
