I had the Pipe Dream cask strength yesterday. It was really good! A lot more of what I like but with a nice kick side effect. It felt smooth so I just sipped on it, since it was my first cask strength bourbon. Although i didn’t feel this strong heat like I recently got with the 7 years old Jim Beam. I guess paying more makes a difference after all!
Everyone knows I’m a big Redwood Empire Fan so I like all their stuff but yeah the cask strength definitely has move flavor

Those “fake” corks are actually pretty convenient to me. They don’t break down and add floaties to the whiskey, they are cheaper, and for example of a whiskey that needs it is the WhistlePig PiggyBank. The bottle shaped like a pig.
I just like the real corks lol but Iv also n ever had an issue with one
@@Call_Me_Old_Fashioned when they deteriorate the floaties get in the whiskey and change the flavor. Happened to my last pour of Kentucky Spirit last night. I also added a little water to see what it would do. It took all of the sweetness the pour had and left me with grain and oak. Was not a good idea
A “daily” lot of flavors under $20.
I gave it a 6.8 because of the quality it had for 16 bucks . Kinda blows your mind when trying a mid expensive bourbon and it’s bad ace 😂.
