Cracker Barrel Broccoli Cheese Casserole Recipe:
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1 1/4 cup of whole milk
8 ounces of American Cheese (recommend shredding it)
16 ounces of frozen broccoli, thawed
1 cup of shredded colby cheese
1 sleeve of Ritz cracker, crushed
1/2 stick of butter, melted
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In saucepan over medium heat, combine chicken soup, whole milk and the American cheese until cheese is melted and everything is combined well.
Spread cooked rice in the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish. Layer thawed broccoli on top of rice. Spoon cheese sauce over rice and broccoli, top with colby cheese. Combine ritz cracker crumbs with melted butter and spread on top and bake for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
