You didn't show how you got the the connections off do you twist do you fold is there something you got to do or what so this is a thumbs down for me
How many kilograms can you put on John Deere 6620 wheels
@@agromaciek1447 I’m not sure. I would have to do some research.
Very helpful! Now need transmission maintenance!
@@LovelyDrink-zl7em the rear differential and transmission are the same on this until. I thought the same thing at first. Very interesting design but when changing the rear differential you are changing the transmission fluid as well.
I was rocking something similar, if my back and butt didn’t hurt so much I would have stuck with it. I miss having a light, small kayak at times.
You should have taken off the cowl under the wipers, would have made this job a lot easier
hello nice video i have hunting video on youtube
Pretty work, fellas!
Finally uploaded for the first time in over a year😂
Do you have a problem with you ETX overheating?
I’ve never noticed it overheating. What is your temp gauge normally reading?
I'm Southern Indiana Kayak fisherman also! Great video.
Thank you!
I'm wondering if it's easier to take off the wiper and the cowl so that you have all that extra space. Should probably only take 5-10 min to take off?
Yeah, looking back I think that would be the best route to go.
@@SouthernIndianaOutdoors i have a job replacing that line tomorrow and your video was helpful though, thanks
I just got done with a heater hose replacement. When I started the car, the temperature guage immediately pinned itself on "H" with a high engine temperature fault warning. Engine went into limp mode.
where was he leak on the ground? for me it looks like its leaking over to the passenger side
down the tans over the CV axle
I can’t remember for sure, it was so long ago. The heater hose is up high in the back so it could be leaking and running down something else making it seem like it’s in a different place than it really is. Sorry I’m not much help on that one.
I have a dumb question I can’t get the hose on the bottom to come off. I was able to slide the clamp down but the hose refuses to come off. Any suggestions?
As long as the clamp is off the hose should come off too. If you can get something down in there to grip on the hose you could carefully try to spin it and break the seal. I guess just keep messing with it and hopefully it’ll come loose.
Pulling the hood cowl makes it way easier
Thank you. The socket size info was super helpful
Glad it helped! Thanks
Take wiper arms off. The cowling has clips along the front. The piece under that has four bolts and clips that pop out. Much easier access.
Thank you! Hopefully that helps others!
Take a photo of your wiper blades before you take them off. If you put the wrong one on top, or not in the right place, it will destroy your blades. Don’t ask me how I know. :’(
@@hokeysloan the arms have alignment arrows on them
Was that causing the car to overheat?
It never overheated. Just had a coolant leak. If I woulda let it get low it woulda overheated. But it was leaking from the heater hose.
If I would have let it run out of coolant it would of yes. But personally I stayed on top of refilling it often so it never overheated on me. This could definitely be a cause of an over heating engine if left unnoticed.
Really enjoyed your Style and the Prayer of Thanksgiving
Good stuff!!!!
I may try this. But with my 08 the chirp gets louder when I accelerate.
You guys so naive... And you seriously think that there is ONLY ONE CAUSE of engine noise? Buy stethoscope for ten dollars and listen your engines. Engine visco fan can be stopped by hand.
KY ✌️ just got my first kayak haven't been out yet need few more items...on a budget
You have the hardest step out of the way! Best of luck out there!
Nice catching bass .
Do you like braided line on casters .
Not particularly. I think I was just trying it out there to see if I would like it. I’m more of a monofilament guy. Never ended up liking to braid too much.
Good video . Kayak fishing has gone sky high on costs .
ANOTHER DUMB DESIGN FROM FORD TO REMOVE HEATER HOSE. IT WAS TOUGHHHHHH
You’ve got that right.
John Deere makes an inside weight that’s different from the outside weight, I see you are using 2 outside weights.
rickmorris4518...old post but anyway......that is what my dealer recommended to me. less bolt stress was his reasoning...i plan to just stack two outer weights anyway..gives me an extra 110#
I'm going to have to check this on my wife's 2014 model (that was built in 2013). It has had a slow coolant leak for 2 years, and it only seems to occur occasionally in winter. When it does let loose, the entire coolant overflow tank can drain in 1-3 days. The leak shows up on the ground almost exactly below where this hose is located. I'm betting this darn hose is the culprit!
Probably so! Let me know how it goes!
Did you snag that intro music from Larson farms
Not sure of that channel but it’s just a free sound on IMovie where I edit the videos.
My issue gets louder as the temp heats up. I may try this to see and if it doesn’t work, I’ll return the tensioner pulley. Did your noise issue seem like it was coming from the top of engine?
I think it was kinda hard to narrow down the exact location of the sound. It definitely sounded like the front and top of the engine so I wasn’t exactly sure of the problem until I replaced this Pulley and it fixed it.
@@SouthernIndianaOutdoors awesome gonna try it myself!
Here is a video with part number th-cam.com/video/7vb4VoDBf8U/w-d-xo.html
Thanks for finding the Part Number!
@@SouthernIndianaOutdoors having a hard time getting the metal hose clamps to release on the hose… how did you get them to release? Talking about the ones that came with the new part. Metal ones…
@@cgonedfishing honestly it’s been so long since i did this job I don’t remember. I’m sure I just used a pair of pliers.
@@SouthernIndianaOutdoors I got it finally, you have to get a small piece of metal to break off on the 5/8 hose (or at least that was what happen) the 1/4 one just had to Be bent up and then it unsnapped!
@@cgonedfishing Good I’m glad you got it! Let me know if you have any more questions! Thanks
Amazing man, this helped me find my leak… I hope, wish you had the part number… if I find it will add to my comment.
Thank you!
How did you get the small tube out?
I cut my off and took it off like that.
Did the Piston kit fix your problem?
Yeah had great compression after install. And with the new carb it ran great!
@@SouthernIndianaOutdoors thanks for getting back to me! I just picked up an LT80, won't start, it seems to be having the same problem , like 30 PSI,so I ordered the kit on eBay.

Where was your battery for your fishfinder
This fishfinder runs off internal AA batteries
@@SouthernIndianaOutdoors how long they last
@@caidagreat2079 I’ve never had to replace this in the middle of a fishing day. I’d say several good hours. I also turn it off if I’m not using it so I don’t burn up batteries.

Hello I watched your video about the fuel pump replacement on the colorado. I was just wondering does only one side of the tank straps come off or is there bolts on both sides? I gotta do mine tomorrow I also have a crew cab. BTW your video is the best on YT thank you so much!
Thank you I appreciate it! Only one side has bolts. The other side is just retained into a T shaped holder that keeps it in place. It’s makes sense once you see it.
Great hunt sir! I've been watching a few of buck/whitetail hunting videos and it is interesting how a deer keeps running a 100 yrds or so when hit with .357 or .44, but falls down instantly when being shot with a .308 or other hi powered rifle round.l. Just goes to show that 1500 ft lbs of energy really is a bare minimum for deer. I'm a target shooter, so i don't know much about hunting, but it's fascinating to me how a deer of the same weight (say a 200 lbs) is a few times more tough and bullet "resistant" than a human of same weight. You don't need more than a single well placed jhp 9mm bullet to kill a man in a self defense scenario. But you need a high power .308 to one shot instant kill a deer of same size and weight. It must have something to do with a muscle/tissue density being different in animal than human?
What happened at the end😂😂

Can you explain why I'm seeing 2 different style oil filters? I see the hidden one you are doing and a screw in one. Any idea why there's 2 different kinds?
My opinion is that it’s different for the different engine sizes. All I know for sure is that the ETX uses the cartridge style oil filter.
@@SouthernIndianaOutdoors and the one your doing is the 570?
@@pauldulac8506 No, its the ETX. The ETX is the 325cc
@@SouthernIndianaOutdoors ohhhhhh. Oh boy. Maybe the one I got isn't a 570.... do you know where to find the engine size on the machine?
@@pauldulac8506 Im not sure where to find it on the machine but in my manual it has the ETX separate from the 570. So if you bought an ETX I would be pretty confident that it has a 325cc motor in it. I don’t think the ETX comes with a bigger motor. But I would have to research that to see if it could be bought with different options.
Thanks bub
