I guess the bed & breakfast business is not so good. Otherwise it wouldn't be up for sale. It's a nice holiday house for family and friends though.

Only 15min in this video and I love it a lot. It's very beautiful renovated and that garden! Not too big maar big enough to have a nice private piece of land (and trees).

Any chance that you can get permission to build a larger home? A two person dome is really too small for a young family. On the website of the property, it is mentioned that they plan to build more domes. Is a permit for this available?

For me growing things isn’t hard work! I wish I had a couple of hectares, I’d grow a lot of different things! I will have to wait for my son to complete college to see how I can manage purchasing property in Portugal! I haven’t given up, I just have to figure things out, being from the United States.

I like this property, it's a really good one. The house is very nice, spacious and well finished. Love the bathrooms. There are so many little gardens and patios with private space for everyone and a courtyard. The annex with the bedroom is just super. It's private but not secluded. If we didn't already have a house I'd be after this one. Greetings Paula and Malin!

I keep coming back to look at this house. My plans would be, take the door off the kitchen, that way you can put a small fridge freezer in. The bedroom.with acc3ss to the balcony would be a dining room, leaving a bigger lounge. The small bedroom, would have my wardrobe and the dogs beds andbexding in. Itis justme andthe dogs so would be0erfect

good to see you again! love your videos! I see the potential in this property and like it quite much. The prices are sometimes off and this is one of them, as I have some experiences of renovations i think the price should be less than 80K as the renovation will be expensive if you want to make this a nice house. maybe 90.000-130.000 with all new pipes, electricity, inside outside walls, new windows and doors, kitchen x 2, bathrooms- yes it will be an extensive project. In Andalucia, inland this would cost less than 60.000. It is cute, good location, caracters, a space for sauna and a small pool. If there would be some tax incentives like in south Italy or something, it would be easier to buy this at this price and start renovations. Potential house!

This is an especially lovely home, I absolutely love it. I can picture happy family gatherings in that beautiful courtyard! I love that lower traditional kitchen, I can see myself canning lots of homemade sauces, preserving the garden produce, and baking bread and pizza in that oven. It even has the sewing/craft room already set up! The bedrooms are perfect too, with windows for fresh air, and not too big to heat in winter. It must really be hard for the family to sell it, I pray a nice young, down to earth family buys it and makes many more happy memories there.
