Hey!!!! @CBS21News !!!!! This is serious!!!! Lyft and Uber have no accountability to their customers or drivers!!!! Please do not let this go!!!! The law needs to follow through on these two companies!!!! As a past driver and a past passenger I am very serious when I say this!!!! Please, please, please, someone needs to dig into these companies!!!!! They have some serious areas of lack for safety and accountability!!!!

I cannot tell you how many females have told me how grateful that a female was picking them up! These MALE rideshare drivers are really giving themselves a bad name. As a female, I always wait till the females get inside their home before driving off as well. Im a Mom....its in my blood to keep our girls safe!✌️🙏🏻

I’m an Uber driver & I feel like the driver was likely given information that he followed. However, when I had a child in my car w the wrong given address, I stopped & fervently figured that out w the child whom was a teen. The address was input w one digit wrong. Communication that ensures safety & accuracy is crucial. Most often it’s the client input that is wrong. Driver should’ve listen & stopped & called as well as ask the child for the correct address to compare. Also, if there was a traffic incident, that could’ve been the case.

If they don't answer then we have no choice but to believe UBER is ignoring a possible organized crime ring and taking part in it. Don't trust UBER, they're bankrupting our economy anyways.

When I drove for Lyft, it was against the rules to take minors. I did anyway, but teens sometimes need rides.

My friend thought I wasn't being patient with our taxi driver (abroad) but idc. He’s not following our directions. I don't know what he’s trying to do but there’s a million other drivers that can listen. And looking back, so what if he’s old, people can be any age and part of a trafficking ring. We were 2 young women.

One good thing about Uber and Lyft is when you get picked up they have the driver's profile and their license number that way you can screenshot it for that little girl that is perfect evidence.
