Ex-manager of Broad Street Market charged with stealing thousands of company funds

The former Executive Director of the Broad Street Market has been charged with felony theft and accused of taking thousands of dollars from the market, while it was trying to recover from a devastating fire.
Tanis Monroy, 31, is facing felony charges of theft by unlawful taking and unauthorized access device charges accrued during his time as Broad Street Market manager.
