This is by far the best way of fitting one,I noticed all the ones available for sale have made no provisions for the handrails and also they expose the underside. I have had to replace an entire ECU,loom and lockset on one as a direct result of this. When I do eventually get to fitting my own I’ll be copying yours for sure 👌

Why does it not work on my Super Tenere 1200? (2014). I get a red cross when the unit wants to connect with the bike (last step).

What year is this? I have the 2021 F900XR. It is not the same as this one you are showing. Did you mean to not tell what model year this is? The reason why I need you to tell what year this being applied is because the 2021 model sliders are attached at the same sites the 2021 OEM BMW crash bars attach on both sides. And, the OEM driving/fog lights are attached to the crash bars!! So, if someone buys and applies the sliders to the 2021 model, then later wants crash bars and lights, they are gonna be mad for not being told.

Battling the question as well.. Absolutely love my T7, but the weight is an issue, I've started to look into the 690 seriously.. I know at least 5 people that made that transition to 690. I'm just worried about warranty 😅

BMW South Africa says that in order for my 2020 F900XR to have Dynamic Pro mode, they have to program it in and according to them there is no coding plug for the 900xr

Hi,I have just come across this video,I also have the hepco Becker C-bow panniers and rack but can’t use them on my 2019 Tuono with the Akrapovic exhaust on as the pannier hits the exhaust and won’t clip into the locking mechanism,I noticed on your set up there seems to be some extra brackets that lift the bags slightly higher,this would resolve my issue perfectly,where did you get the extra bits or did they come with the set up,some pictures would be greatly appreciated 👍thanks

On my Tuono I use the Hepco and Becker Sportrack and a 40 or 50 liters top case. I have now added these Hepco side racks also and in total this gives good packing volume. Unfortunatly I bought the Street model bags and the Akra fried it.

Guys the little cartoon icon is brilliant. Greetings from across the pond. It's so interesting to poll your other riding 'mates' for their opinions on what bike to buy. I've ridden and raced my entire life, two strokes, four strokes, motocross, desert, and finally road racing an RC51 before retiring from that life. Then went on to teach track skills. In all that time I never owned more than one bike at a time, all purpose-built. Like one of the men said, I am pretty pragmatic about what I purchase. How much will I use it? How long will it sit? One of the reasons I never purchased a camper; or what you all call a caravan is because of the cost/expense/usage factor. Tent camping fits my frugal mindset, with no storage fees or a five-figure outlay of cash. I purchased an electric motorcycle, a used 2017 Zero DSR with Charge Tank. Loved it and rode it a few thousand miles. Experienced charging here in the States, real-world stuff. Waited to see what Zero would do with the new DSR/X and also looked at the Energica Experia. After reviewing the features/price/value of each I looked at the Multistrada V4S. Never owned a Ducati. Well since all three bikes are close in price I decided on the 2022 MS V4S Sport. It was the dealer's demo bike and they had just reached the mileage where it needed to be sold. So it ended up being less than either the Zero or the Energica. And with features that ECLIPSE both of those bikes. Racing teaches you to be a real bitch about suspension,tire pressure, and brakes. Adjusting suspension with a joystick?! Science fiction in my racing days! Unlike you blokes, I tend to ride alone now. Total freedom to do as I wish, stop when I wish, and so forth. Is it a perfect bike? No of course not, but there isn't any such thing. Yet for me at this point in my life, it is the bike that's right for me. I write for Web Bike World and am working on a WRITTEN review of the bike. It will take some time since there is so much to cover that I don't see or read in other reviews. Owning is different than using a demo bike for a day or three weeks. Much like dating a gal and then going on a long vacation where you get to see one another 24/7 for multiple days. LOL, You know what I mean. Anyway, very entertaining piece you all assembled here. I'm a one-bike-at-a-time guy, much like one wife at a time...

Gents, For some reason I cannot access your Nazare Tour or Quadlock videos without signing into a google account which is something I don't want to do, when watching your vids on my TV. I can access all your other stuff fine, so this may be a set up issue when you posted these videos? I know I'm using my account to send this message but that's becase I'm using my phone which I rarely use to watch TH-cam. Great vid re packing light. I use a Kreiga US 40 on the back of my 2018 KTM 1290 Superduke R for touring in Spain, which I do every year and like you pack light. Great videos chaps but just not enough of them.
