    Avery Johnson is a 19 year old sophomore with 35 career passing attempts. Do I think he will be good? Yes, but getting K State early in the year should really help this Arizona team get a win before Johnson really starts to feel comfortable. Look at Fifita against USC and Washington. Vastly different player than against Oklahoma

They will lose in the national championship game to finish the season 14 and two

    ASU fans are hilarious. Arizona owns them in basically every sport and if you look at the 2 big sports in football and basketball, you can't coherently argue you would rather be an ASU fan. Arizona is a top 10 basketball school nationally and ASU fans say they are a football school and are MAYBE a top 25 program of all time. In the Pac12 era ASU averaged like 1 more win per season in football while Arizona went to 4 final fours and won a national championship and appeared in another in basketball. Arizona basketball is on a whole different level than ASU football

I don't think there's any harm in saying "top 3-5 receivers" but apparently it's semantics to some. 1,400 yards and 10 TDs last year is certainly worthy based on returning players and their comparable numbers...but the foot injury scares me a bit. Cohen bro you are soooo negative. TMac is a top 2 receiver in the sport and you can very easily make the argument he is the BEST receiver in the country. Get out of here with the top 3, 4, or 5. • @EarlyEdgeEC

      You must not listen very often. I'm as diehard an Arizona football fan as it gets but I'm also a realist. TMac is an ELITE player who is among the top 3-5 WRs in college football. If that ranking doesn't suffice for you, my apologies.

    • @Kneel30
      @Kneel30 21 วันที่ผ่านมา

      @@EarlyEdgeEC I listen all the time and I can say with great accuracy that you aren't a realist, you're a pessimist. You said last year wouldn't be as good as we were in football, you thought basketball would go like 3-3 or 2-4 against our top non con opponents. A realist could recognize that TMac is top 2. 3-5 is disrespectful. EVERY publication, EVERY analyst out there has him as a top 2 receiver so I don't understand how someone who attends every game can't see that. Watch him win the Biletnikoff this year and you will be sitting here come NFL draft time saying "yeah he will probably be in the top 5 receivers taken"

I personally don't know of any "experts" that had anything even close. But I don't do the show to always say every Arizona team / player is the "best." I give my honest opinion which differs from yours. I hope you're right that TMac is in fact the best WR in the country.

The stats, the body, the NFL scouts, every single publication and college football analyst. He had 1,400 yards last year with the absolute bum Jayden de Laura as his qb for the first 4 games. Like at this point it is a hotter take to say he isn't a top 2 receiver in the sport than to say that he is. It is okay to talk up our athletes when they deserve it

    Biggest concern for me is LB. Other than Manu there is not any depth. Stukes is the nickel corner and not big enough to play in the box. Because of his size, Genesis Smith will likely see some time in the box. We definitely will be playing a 4-2-5 on defense. I think we will be fine on the defensive line with the pieces we added in the portal. The secondary is absolutely outstanding and is a top 10 unit nationally!

    Great talk, gentlemen. I like those best case scenarios for Arizona Football. I think the key to their success in the Big 12 will be the defense. We know the offense can score. Now we just need to see the defense stop those Big 12 + Offenses from scoring. If they get a powerful defense, they will dominate and win the big 12. Beyond that? Well, I think in 2 years they could be playing in the College Football Championship Game. Again, that's the best case scenario. The only loss we have in the regular season will be against UCF at UCF. It’ll just be a fluky game will be off kilter a little bit and they’ll catch us on a really good day for them, but we will finish the regular season 11-1!! We will then go to the conference championship game we will Win that game against whoever we play probably Oklahoma State or Utah but we will beat them to go 12-1! we will get a first round by in the playoffs in the second round, which will be the quarterfinals we will beat whoever we play to go 13-1!! We will make it to the semi finals where we will be paired up against Ohio State or Oregon we will upset them to go 14-1 we will make it to the national championship game Against Georgia and as hard as we fight and as much as we put forth, they’re just a little bigger stronger and faster than we are and I think we come up just a touchdown or less short like 34-31 in the final game of the year, but will still be able to hold our heads very high because that’ll still be the best season in U OF A program history These kids will have made history at the U of A which is what they wanted to do. Amen.🤗👍🙏! The best part of the whole story because of the run we’re about to make this season. It will help coach Brennan in the recruiting department 100 fold. He’ll start bringing in four stars instead of three stars and if they are three stars, they’re gonna be phenomenal three stars, but I think he starts elevating our recruiting classes into the Low 20s like I think we have a 20 to 25th ranked recruiting glasses moving forward which will just add to the power and strength of our program and I honestly believe going forward we will continue to attract good talent and the way he treats them as family. We will always be a good team, we make it back to the national championship game is another story but I could see us winning one national championship in the next 15 years the stars align and things come together, especially if we’re keeping Noah Fita for all four years and remember ladies and gentlemen, he is only a sophomore this year a redshirt sophomore this year so we have him next year and potentially the year after next for two more years🔥🙏

    I'll be there every week and hope our fans back Arizona football! People need to cheer these young men on and back them up! 11 wins and we'll have a desert swarm type season from the D! The offense will be great too
