I was working on a Preventive maintenance plan, i made the call and plan dates different. My question is that when the call date came i searched for the order related to that maintenance plan but it was not created even though the date arrived. Then i went to the scheduling of that maintenance plan it showed *"New Start Save to call"*. And then after i saved the order was generated. Is there any way that when the call date arrives the order is generated automatically for n number of calls?

This is a PBO function correct?

Is there anyway to discard the created notification??

Trabajo en una empresa de transporte y mi contador son las horas en funcionamiento, el reloj se daña y al querer notificar no me permite agregar un valor inferior al que ya tenia, que se hace en ese caso? Debo hacer un plan nuevo con un contador nuevo?

Hej there and thanks for your input. Maybe you can enlighten me but i do not get the sense of inactivating a maintenance plan. Lets say i have maintenance plan running with weekly packages which are creating inspection lots based on the orders. I inactivated the plan for 2 weeks because of a 2 week shutdown of the facility. After the 2 weeks i activated the plan again and the 2 orders while the maintenance plan was inactivated will be called now ~ so i have 2 inspection lots which are useless and i ahve to cancel em manually .... I thought the order in the past won't be called when I activate the plan again. (using a cross function of P2MQ and P2D because i need insepction lots for testing parameters based on maintenance packages.) any support please ?

Nice. i'm curious how to generate an excel file that would display all the completed notifications with original entered dates, but also display when they were completed and closed so they could be displayed by completed date primarily in a descending view by closed date?

Hi, is it possible to search for keywords within all the layers? For example if I wanted to search for "power supply" and the SAP goes and displays all of those sub-directories branches etc? I'm just trying to figure out how to find equipment to make a work order not knowing which sub directory that equipment falls under. Right now its trial and error opening up many sub directories manually. Thanks
