    I was working on a Preventive maintenance plan, i made the call and plan dates different. My question is that when the call date came i searched for the order related to that maintenance plan but it was not created even though the date arrived.
    Then i went to the scheduling of that maintenance plan it showed *"New Start Save to call"*. And then after i saved the order was generated. Is there any way that when the call date arrives the order is generated automatically for n number of calls?

    Cuando haces las tomas manuales de un paquete SAP te reprograma ese paquete?
    Por ejemplo hiciste la toma manual del paquete anula (365 días) hoy, SAP te lo reprograma para el 21.08.2023 (aprox)???

    Hola, buen dia.
    Que pasa cuando debo tomar un valor inferior al contador que ya tiene registrado? Trabajo en una empresa de transporte y mi contador son las horas en funcionamiento, el reloj se daña y al querer notificar no me permite agregar un valor inferior al que ya tenia, que se hace en ese caso? Debo hacer un plan nuevo con un contador nuevo?

    I was deactivated for 6 months pm plans. but when I activated for the up coming plans, all the deactivated plans are released. so please explain how can cancel it of old dates.

    Is it possible to assign 2 materials for one operation in task list, and the system will select which material of them is available in stock and put it in the work order?

      You can put as many materials as you want to a task list or a work order. And I'm not sure how your system is set up but useally a MRO should change the status of the work order to staging complete or staging incomplete. Meaning that the work order is ready to pick up with all the parts. Plus you can also see what parts have been sign out towards the work order, on the action Log screen

      For example in one task I can use grease A with material no. 12345 or use grease B with material no. 34567. I need to put alternative materials so that if there's no grease A in the stock, the system automatically select the alternative one (grease B)

      Not that I know of. If that part is assign to a work order. And your maint plan horizon is set correctly on IP02 and MRO has enter the correct lead time for the part. SAP should order the part month or weeks before the PM is due. So you wouldn't have to worry about the item arriving late or not having it.

      The problem is that I don't need the system to generate a PR for item 1 while I have the alternative one in the stock

      I don't think SAP has that type of function build in. I recommend adding a comment on the PM tasks list. Notifying the tech to double check for the lubricant
