The one thing I like about 343 system is it offers balance across the pitch which gives coaches a great flexibility to emphasize diffeeent strategies. Great work pal 👏👏. Keep going.

3-4-3 system can also prove to be a very strong rest defense as a high pressing team can counter press the opposition to regain the ball…. One centre back can advance forward to create a structure of 3 for the counter pressing making it difficult for the opposition to play through….. many top level teams in a way, are using this system of 3-4-3 as it can provide overloads and flexibility in the buildup phase…. Create more overloads on either flanks of the pitch as the team progresses the ball forward and even provide more dynamic variations in the attacking third on the flanks as well…. It helps a team to cover up every positional space leaving the opposition of a difficult task to deal with…. A better attacking system from the 3-4-3 is the 3-1-6 which is widely used now in football

I think to counter that using 3 at the back and overload the midfield too while staying compact so 3-5-2 and sacrificing the flank so if ball is on left flank the RB is used as a CB with the LB slightly tucked in the middle to break those fast passes in between players. Instead of a defensive 4-4-2 At least like that the attacks are more predictable on the flacks even if the ball goes over to yamal or raphinha and every Barca players running into the box, every opponent players will be tracking back and clear the ball when possible Sacrifiothe flank to have a more predictable attack by overloading the midfield too try to win the ball on heavy passes and counter attack with the forward … that’s just my thoughts tell me what you think if you understand my point
