I’m not 100% understanding exactly what you’re asking for. But my first thought is that you should assemble all of your data into a single sheet and then plot the pie chart from there. Does this sound doable for you?

@@MasterMicrosoftOffice It does! thank you, I was quite frustrated while writing my comment, so I apologize if it was difficult to understand.

Not a problem at all. I just want you to be able to achieve what you’re trying to do. So I would bring all the data, by way of links, into a separate worksheet, and then do your pie chart from there. Just make sure to link to the original data, by referencing the cell rather than bringing across the actual fixed numbers. That will mean that if your other worksheets change, then your pie chart should change accordingly. Keep me in the loop. If you need more help, and I’ll try and point you in the right direction. You can click on any Legend and just drag it wherever you want it to appear. Also, if you don't have 'room' for it, click the chart, choose the Format tab, then in the far left corner of the ribbon, select Plot Area from the drop down list and you can then reduce the size of the plot area inside the chart area - that might give you more room to put your legend out of the way.

Mac is different. Inside Excel choose Excel - Preferences - View and you will find the ruler units setting there (where it should be on the PC!). So the Mac version is more true to where settings like this should be configured.

@@MasterMicrosoftOffice Thanks! I finally managed to find that as well. On the other hand Mac System Settings > General > Language & Region > Measurement System > Metric should force Excel to use metric units as default, I think?

That is very strange. It might be because you are Danish but that would really suck. Have you tried deleting and retyping this line (and the one above it and immediately after it). That's an old programmer's trick - sometimes it works. Also make sure that the font name is typed exactly as shown in your font dialog list. Hopefully one of these options work for you.

And also can we choose a different font and text size?

You can apply some limited custom formatting over the top of the heading style - so yes 👍🏻

Two things to check: have you got your exact printer selected and is your printer capable of double sided printing?

@@MasterMicrosoftOffice Yes and yes. I did figure it out, however. When initially adding the printer, I did not check the box that enables all of the features of the printer to be utilized. I went into my settings and checked it.

That’s a great question. It has to do with the order and the totals. Make sure that the order of each set of years is the same in both data sets. Then make sure that the total for one year is the same as the total for the individual items for that same year. So, for example, the total for 2021 must add up to the total of each of the products that was launched in 2021. If you do this and the dates are in the same order then it just automatically happens. It also makes logical sense. If you’re plotting everything that was launched in 2021 you’ll have a total for 2021 but also totals for the individual items that launched in that year, and the two should be exactly the same. I hope this helps. Feel free to ask more questions if you get stuck.
