Genuine question: Who do you think was bigger. Atomic Kitten or Sugababes? I don't want to pit them against each other, just curious because I came across another video that basically said AK was way more successful than Sugababes, but I thought it was weird because to me, it always seemed Sugababes were bigger. But then, you have Whole Again as a very, very successful single and Atomic Kitten's streak of #1 songs 🤔. I didn't grew up in the UK, so I think it's hard to tell for me.

Wow, I never knew about their beginnings. Only ever heard about them after Jenny joined. I was pretty baffled when I read about Kerry. As an OG Sugababes fan, I only knew about Heidi 😂. That beeing said, I also read somewhere that some people blame Sugababes of plagiarizing the Whole Again video because it and Overload do look really, really similar..... But Overload was released earlier. I don't care though, and that thought also never occured to me ever 🤷🏼‍♀️. I think the similarities are because of the small budget both videos had.

There was a rumour that the girls wanted Feels So Good as a single but were blocked from doing so. It’s a shame as it would have been better than the dreary Love Doesn’t Have To Hurt.

As an American bystander I never knew much about atomic kitten other than their random Lizzie McGuire cameo (with ‘Tide is High’) I never even heard (or saw) ‘Whole Again’ but by 2001 we were into a very R&B driven music scene - Britney was doing Slave, so they didn’t really fit the US scene. I’m very excited for the next piece of this (should you continue) but amazing as always my guy! 😊

If only the Dolly Rockers or MiniViva had the amount of opportunities AK had to make it, like how many singles they released from their first album before having a hit song? and how many times they released their debut album? lol but more power to them and their brand of Kids Bopz/ department store / recycling cover music

Who that dont know the story behind " the tide is high that song souldnt have recorded by atomic kitten as the story tell this was the last try by british singer billie piper to send a song to chart after she felt that its take away from her all security after 2 main female singers got into the music court by named britney spears and christina aguillera she lost her mojo left the music buizness and her cover song to blondie was offered to kitten. Billie as you know left to actress.

Her best album, pure magic!

It's mad how young they were. They're massive industry veterans yet still so young. It feels special that even though they're voices have aged and got stronger, they still sound the same.

Haven't finished but will comment on the Siobhan bit. Lovely see clips of her speaking. It's a great album, hasn't aged at all and is very introspective without being dull. I'm happy it got released but what were the label thinking? It was never going to sell.
