I owned the same exact bag on March but unfortunately unlucky me the hardware handle broke off. I've only using it like 2 to 3 times. My heart broke into pieces. Anyways watching your video making me excited. So I'm planning to have a trip to Milan or Paris to get the bag for repair. To be honest I love Polene brand, i owned 2 in my collection and i bought other one which is Polene Numero Douze in large size for Christmas gift from me to myself 😁 excited to see more polene videos from you 😊

oh yay! hope you have a great time! the tax refund process will be completed at the airport. when you get to the store, bring your passport and let them know you ar etryingt o get a vat tax refund and they will give you the paperwork to take to the airport. they will also let you know which vat tax company they use.
