You need to check out Tropea and Capo Vaticano beaches, the water is crystal clear and its a very affordable area to stay in. Check out Pizzo too. Further north in Calabria is San Nicola Arcella and its ArcoMagno Beach which has a huge arch and cove beach, its spectacular! Praia a Mare next to it is also a nice beach with big flat stones that feel so warm to lay on. September is a great time to go, you have it all to yourselves.

The color of waterfalls usually/sometimes don’t look so good (blurred or brownish) after heavy rainfall, but the good thing is that there’s more volume of water pouring.

I was lucky enough to visit Tiu Kelep in 2023! Such an amazing place. I got taken there by a local friend from Gili T, so he luckily showed me the slide & the bat cave :p Glad you guys also discovered this gem!
