This interview is so good for so many other reasons than spotting a liar and making them confess. I almost didn’t watch it because of the title. And then i watched the beginning of the video and it makes it feel like it’s going to be another corny video just like all the others and that it’s solely about spotting and dealing with liars. I only continued to watch because I’ve seen Chase Hughes name before and he intrigued me. Spotting a liar and making them confess is a part of the video and very interesting but there are far bigger key points that are fascinating. You may want to consider changing that. More people may watch. It’s awesome and very important information. I am very glad I came across this. I hope more people do.

LOL this guest... Interviewer constantly having to redirect him and ask how his rambling about how proud he is of himself and complicating everything has to do with his original question. I'm not saying he has nothing of value to offer, but bro, you talk about authority and self-mastery and struggle to hide your overt efforts to manage perception.

I haven,t seen Chase have a turn whilst he is speaking for long hours. I think his face is changing but could be his put on a small amount of weight. I like the man. Not that it matters what i think. At first i thought he was a bit of a know it all but now i realise he does know it all...at least a lot more than the ordinary people out here (thats me) lol

At 3:14: If you are not the killer that question won't cause you any stress. If you are a suspect it WILL cause you stress. Innocent people have been imprisoned for decades I know that is rare, but at the time of questioning, an innocent person is suddenly in a very unfamiliar situation where the stakes have been raised enormously.

I had a lawyer friend bring his client in for a deposition with me once long ago. It was a simple case, but you can over prepare a witness for a deposition, and everybody's tolerance for the situation is different. And this guy was definitely overprepared. So we began, and with the usual questions - name, address, SSN, phone number, work history blah blah blah, and I'm getting all these evasive "Whaddaya mean name? Whaddaya mean address? Whaddaya mean phone number?" WAY overprepared to the point of paranoia! And after a minute, this middle aged old guy with a knee injury bursts into tears!!!! We took a break, and I asked my pal Clive, his lawyer, "What the hell did you TELL this guy??!! Just tell him to relax and chill TF out!" XD XD People are crazy.

On the "Bait Question" - 20 years ago, I'd been a litigator for about 20 years. At home, I had an 87 Supra Turbo in the driveway, and a 2004 vette, too. So I pull in in my sedan, and as I get out, I notice that there is a FOOTPRINT on the hood of my Supra! I look closer, and I see MORE footprints. Someone has clearly run up the front and over my Supra and off the back in a large sneaker size. At the time, my 17 year old daughter was driving it to school. So I go in, and go to her bedroom where she is, and I walk in and ask her, "Do you want to tell me what happened with the car?" And of course she looks at me and lies and claims she doesn't know what I'm talking about. Kids do that, alas. So I tell her that I looked closely at "the car" and I saw the damage. She quickly folds and tells me she DIDN'T MEAN TO BACK INTO THE CORVETTE (it was brand new), BUT HAD LOOKED IT OVER AND HADN'T NOTICED ANY DAMAGE!!! So I learned something THERE, then pointed out to her that I was talking about the Supra, and got a full confession on that too. Then I called the kid who'd run over my car, and asked to speak to his mother who was a crazy Lebanese lady, and they both came over to see the result which did include some body damage. And that woman raged over that kid, her kid, like the Death Star over a rebel planet. It was hilarious! She said she'd make him pay for the bodywork, and I got an estimate, but I never held her/him to it. Kids, Christ.

Haha. Of course your own personal appearance is more important than your product or service. It is business it's competition. Why would you not expect to be judged. As a CEO you should be more concerned about how others are judging your company and what it delivers.

No, you do not get to talk for women. Women are adults and know what they want and need! They don't need you to speak for them. The only women saying that they do not need a man are the ones that have been abused in awful marriages and can support themselves financially! We women know we want and need a man as much as men need women. We need each other for survival for many reasons, not just financially! No woman needs to be told this. It is nature and is stronger than any economy system! We feel it since we are children or teens. We are a team, and unless you are in the one percent of gay people, you will need a partner of the opposite gender to share this journey. Why? because biology made it for the survival of any species! Also the only men who claim not to need women are bitter and lovers who are ungrateful to their own mother and who do not value women. Just because women need to be young and beautiful and men need to be resourceful doesn't mean we do not have intrinsic value as human beings. Men provide, and women create! Is that simple, and when is done in good faith and with real love and commitment, it works regardless of all these men saying women have no sexual needs or emotional needs or all the needs we do have just like men. Women love sex, and all women do. They just do not like bad sex for them! And btw millions of women need financial support because of the nasty patriarchy! Not all women have jobs!

Its interesting how interrogations vary between countries. For instance, in the UK the police prior to interview has to disclose any evidence of what they are saying inside the interview, if the police dont have witnesses for instances then when the question is placed it would fall apart because if someone had seen the perpetrators car then they'd have been informed about it before questioning. They could of course ask "is there any reason why someone would say they've seen your car outside the store where the money was taken" but they would know its a hyperthetical and there is no surprise witness who did. Most, if not all interviews, are simply "no comment" on every question. No suspect is left in the interview room for observation alone to simmer, they are taken to their cell and brought in when ready. Solicitors (lawyers) are nearly always present and they are entitled to private council with them.

4:50 situation he’s describing is obviously off, why would I talk to you without a lawyer? If I’m with a lawyer why are you still talking to me? If I’m without a lawyer and you’re talking to me like this now it doesn’t matter what I’ll tell you or how I behave you already have a fake witness to blame me or you’re sure you’ll get fake confession out of me so one way or another I’m in trouble. I don’t want to talk to you, if I’m not under arrest I’m free to go or I’ll wait for my lawyer silently 😶🤨🧐

Yeah. I always believed a lady can survive in the cooperate circle or career or anything without losing her feminity. Masculinity and feminity is our nature and its beauty is in us doing the same things in different ways. A lady in military isn't expected to lift equal load with the guys but still get same result some other way

Yeah, I totally agree with this. How have you felt when someone calls you by the wrong name? Or someone you've met maybe a couple of times forgets your name? Your name is your sense of identity and humanity. That's why prisoners get numbers. That's how & why the nazis de-humanised the jews. They removed their names.

omg....did this guy really reference Eminem as some sort of way to have integrity??!! Hahhaa, this is rich. This is actually entertaining (at least in the end). This is why lifestyle coaching is a total crock. People,.. here is the sum of what is important. Don't be a douche, have real integrity if you want real respect. Nobody needs to sell you something to make you complete. I did not learn anything new, but I was sold and idea that an industrial solvent that literally poisoned rivers many times over in the our main textile days, will somehow save my brain because its an....antioxidant and vasodilator. .....Okay kids.....there are many many natural products that do the same. This guy just used an hour gaslighting you on his own techniques on selling you something. He: -disarmed you by pretending to reveal something about himself. -he wore you down with a long complicated storytelling that had no point but to try and make him look like an authority figure you can trust. -gave you anecdotal advice that you can find literally anywhere- the Bible, the Torah, the Vedas, national vignettes on popular historical figures, etc...but framed it as his life lesson that you haven't learned yet -slipped in some loving story about kids (marketing aways references- kids, puppies/pets. sex, or humor) - then very fox like he tells you about a product no one except "the experts" know about, and he's gonna give you the skinny. - interviewer gushes over him the hole time- complete propaganda when did you ever hear food dye and industrial by products are good for you? think about that kid. is it blue that absorbs red?....okay. Eat blueberries, raspberries, eat green veggies and pine needles. Good luck kids! Discernment.
