Overall the podcast was interesting to hear and I did listen it start to end. However, my overall impression is that both the host and the guest sound like a very typical realtor… everything is going up, buy now type themes. Totally underestimating the yield curve inversion, lowest affordability and downturn in tech. Good luck selling !
