I often went to Eternity on my first playthrough, just to listen to this.

10 years later and I still revisit these happy memories of getting out of college classes, getting taco bell, and playing Destiny 1. Wandering around Mars and Venus on patrols, enjoying the old Tower and seeing every one's cool outfits, grinding for that cool glowing cape thing in Dust Palace strike, doing SIVA stuff...Such good times

I've played through the trilogy twice. Once in 2013. Then again in 2022. And the music is still S tier timeless.

I remember getting back from high school to hop on Destiny, I would sit in the tower looking for an LFG to do either VOG, or Crota. I would do the raids then strikes, and sometimes even go into PVP. I wish I could go back.

What the original trilogy has and Andromeda lacks is soul. - This track reminded of that. Fuck woke people and the woke movement: - Andromeda was afraid to tackle topics of sexual exploitation/trafficking, kidnappings, drug trafficking, etc in Andromeda whereas in Mass Effect, many dark topics were explored. Instead, Andromeda felt like it was a people pleasers game. And that’s a damn shame.

Still listening in 2024 as a D1 veteran. The witness is defeated. Nothing will ever match up with the beginning. The mysteries that awaited us. That fantastic soundtrack served so much for the great atmopshere this game had. Even though the game was not perfect until Taken King I wish I could go back and experience all of it again. It is impossible. We have answers to most of the mysteries nowadays and I guess even if the story had been written differently we would still miss that feeling of 2014/2015.

I want this played at my funeral Asari dancers and all.

Im back after i...no we defeated the witness the darkness is finally gone caydes gone again but im happy he is he went out on his own terms to think we made it all the way here...our beginnings surrounds by scraps of cars and barely able to walk..to killing the very thing thats been threatening our sol i feel like now everything we've done was very meaningful to think we would be allied with eliksni, cabal and the hive..its just somethings we could never have imagined in d1 to wielding the darkness and gaining new light powers it was an honor to be apart of this games history...i think we all are and for those many who couldnt play d2 or reach final shape..i hope your with the traveler cheering us on fly high guardians

This brings back memories of those late-night grinding in D1. Miss the thrill of tackling Nightfall and admiring the loot while chilling in orbit with these music. What a core memories.
