just got this board and only one stick of ram will work ,no other kind .tested new ram , tryed 1,3- 2,4-1,4-3,4 config will not boot up.look in bios setting set defaut,just will not come on unless i use that sick .it works in other slots but cant add more plese help not much info out here

Great video, but Haswell/Broadwell Cpus can usually work just fine with air coolers as they rarely pull their rated TDP (unlike modern Intel CPUS). I have a 2680 V4 that's rated for 120W but during 1440P gaming it's rarely above 20-40W. Even using Cinebench, it won't pull much more than 60W. They also respond well to undervolting. I have a dinky low profile cooler from Aliexpress for $8 that does the job just fine. The x99 platform is so much fun to play with.

I just updated my 1650 to a 4070 ti super, the psu will arrive later so I can't use it or see the difference by myself, I searched this benchmark comparison with no hope of anyone doing it because how strange and specific it is haha , and here you are, thanks a lot for this video, really useful. 10GB is enough for 1440p or 4k DLSS unless you enable RT. RT eats more memory so you will have to drop texture quality settings to recovery some memory.

it’s multiple videos showing even with the classic monster I got 3080 it still can game great with great optimized games and monster cards like a 1080 gtx/2060-2080ti these cards were made to last for years. 1080p has been mastered ever since the 2070s, which means almost any game with these sorts of strong cars runs 1080 even high without any problem. 1440p has been mastered ever since the 3060 came out, which means any cards as strong as that and after runs that without any problem. 4K is still up and the air doesn’t seem to be mastered yet unless it’s with monsters like a 4090, so cards in the future need to be strong as that or more. 4070ti is this card but runs cooler/better rt less vram

Just dont reclessly max everything out especially game such as Re4 remake and the last of us i have 6800xt those 2 games use more than 14gb of vram with everything maxed out 1440p crazy world we live in i remember cyberpunk only uses 6gb of vram on ultra settings but ohh well it is what it is

I only play dota 2 but i picked up a 3090 for architectural work use and my god its a far.cry from my 3060

I just installed my new XFX RX 7900 XTX Black Edition and was following the instructions in this video when I noticed the VRAM clock speed was spiked to 2700MHz and was stuck there while this video was displayed on the screen (whether the video was playing or was paused). The total board power hovered right around 100 watts. I did not have any games loaded. When I switched to a browser tab with a different website displayed, the VRAM clock speed dropped to 909MHz and stayed there. The board power dropped and hovered around 70 watts. As soon as I switched back to this browser tab, the VRAM timing and board power went back up to 2700MHz and around 100 watts, respectively. Prior to installing the latest Adrenaline software for the XTX, I used the AMD Cleanup Utility to remove the previously installed software. I also blocked Windows from installing its own driver. Prior to the RX 7900 XTX, I had an XFX RX 7900 XT installed and had the exact same problem. I returned the RX 7900 XT thinking it to be defective. I read there are quite a few people that have this problem with the 7000 series graphics card, but no one knows what causes it or how to fix the issue. Prior to the RX 7900 XT, I had an XFX RX 6750 XT installed and never had this problem. The problem is not specific just to the XFX brand, as the problem has been reported for 7000 series cards from every manufacturer. The monitor I am using is a Samsung 85" 4K QLED HDTV at 120Hz. There are no additional issues when I run a stress test. Anyone have any idea what causes this or have you heard any kind of fix? Should I try running DDU? I'm at a loss.
