Saw complete video. Very well brought out the core require ments in a leader leading the team to success understanding their strength / weakness , their basic expectations within the controlled environment ( by virtue of existing policies and so called society rules ) . For mental wellness , importance of physical fitness, informal interaction with team , self examples have emerged as essentials . Finally it is the values, traits, mutual - trust and rapport building of a leader that leads the team members to success . A leader with 'No Failure ' syndrom environment can not develop the members potential through delegation. Appreciated - Views and thought process . Wonderful.
