An HO scale Chessie System modeler that is learning new techniques such as wiring, scenery, scratch building, and other fun stuff that is in the hobby of model. I hope you come along with the ride and see how I do things and hopefully learn new things from all of you.

Kyle , you can make coal loads with a piece of styreen cut to size to fit inside the coal cars, get some lump or regular bbq charcoal and smash it up ,sift it then glue it to the styreen. if you want them easily removable glue a steel washer under the coal and use a magnet to lift them out. Happy railroading
Nice job Kyle, yea its a learning curve and takes time but well worth it in the end
Very cool Kyle!! I like the idea of the hidden yard. KUTGW!
Kyle, Great looking loco and a nice pick up. Nice hoppers . Regards Greg
Thanks Greg!
Nice locomotives, love the weathering. Great mail call.
Thanks, whoever did the weathering on these did a fantastic job on them! Thanks for watching!
Very nice new locomotives!
@@GreatNorthernPDX thank you JJ, need to get them speed matched with the rest of the family! Thanks for watching!

@@steve87thpsap thanks Steve!
Hey 👋 sorry about the abrupt stop we had a liquid emergency trackside new rule no liquid on the layout
@@chiefbrokenbrain no worries bud, totally understand!
@kylestevens6925 well I'm subscribed to you now I could have swore I was before I'm glad you came in the live stream tonight. Take care Kyle✌️
Classy additions to the roster, Kyle😊🚂🇨🇦🇺🇲🙋
@@4everdc302 no doubt, thanks bud!
Wow, some great pick-ups, Kyle. Locos are nice, as are the hoppers!
Thank you Anthony!
Cool mail call Kyle. Nice additions to the fleet. Make your own coal loads you can use foam for the base paint it black or if you can go by the tracks and look for coal. I made my coal loads with foam and real coal that I picked up in White Sulphur Springs.
@@grandparails8858 thanks JD, that’s what I’m thinking of doing but have no way to get any real lumps of coal. I’ll think of a way if need it. Until then I can run the others without their loads and make for a nice train also. Thanks for watching!
Very cool Kyle. I always liked the high-nose, early GPs. The weathering on those models looks great. Bowser models have always been among my favorites. I have a set they produced in the 80's for the UMP (Upper Merion & Plymouth RR) - a shortline railroad from my home town. Of course, I snapped them up when I saw them. I'd consider making your own coal loads for them - you get much nicer results.
@@SchuylkillRiverValley I agree John, high hood units have oddly been a favorite of mine as well ever since I got my first two Genesis models. I’ll definitely see if I can find a way to make my own coal loads, gonna be a little hard since I’m nowhere near any railroads. I noticed bowser has a few more of the these style of hoppers coming out in Chessie and Western Maryland schemes and possibly some B&O ones also, so maybe I’ll get a few more. Yeah whoever did the weathering on these units did a beautiful job on them, heavy but not to the point where they look ready for the torches. Thanks for watching!
You done good Kyle. look and run nice
They need a little lubricant, but overall very pleased with them. Thanks for watching!
Very nice locos and great hoppers Kyle.
Thank you Deano, definitely made out great with these two! Thanks for watching!

Nice units! They sound good too -Jenny
Im very happy with these! They sound excellent, very pleased with them! I know you had to like them Chessie hoppers, Jenny?!? Thanks for watching!
@@kylestevens6925 I sure did!
I recommend putting in a Scale Sound Systems speaker. I recentlyly bought a Athearn Ex Lehigh Valley/Conrail patched GP18 and Conrail GP7 DCC Ready locomotives that will get the Soundtraxx Blunami and Scale Sound Systems Speaker installed.
@@hoscalereadingrailroadhobb6314 I’ll definitely have to upgrade a lot of the boards in some of the models as some still have the old tsunami1 decoders in them, but as long as they work for now I’m happy. Now I’m starting to look into ordering small sections of code 83 flex track, that my next project as I want to get better track, honestly nothing wrong with the bachmann track, just not a fan of their switches. Thanks for watching!
Really nice locos Kyle
Thank you Digger!
great mail call
Thank you Lee!
Kyle, Nice setup there!! One problem I had in cold weather (Northern Indiana)was the bolster pins falling out due to the shrinkage of the plastic. Changing out to screws helped. Do You have some adapters that will change over to flex track? Stay warm. 👍😊
Thanks for the update 👍🏾
Awesome locomotive. Glad you got it back running. Have fun !
Awesome video keep them up thanks for sharing
Kyle nice update
Wow, that is ashame Kyle. You would think that they tested it before they sent it back to you.
Nice idea for a scenic touch! Looking good!
Its coming along piece by piece, if you make a web by weaving the cardboard strips it will give you more strength, have fun it will get there
That will be nice to use the kit to make a mountain. Should be fun.
Hi Kyle. Some great work there buddy. Know how you feel Kyle, once you start work on the layout the hours fly by. One of my hated jobs sanding. Thanks Kyle. Thumbs up thumped 👍 ....Pete....
Looking good. Thanks for the update.
Oh, cool, Kyle. This is the fun part ⛰️⛰️🚂🇨🇦🇺🇲🙋
