I guess these bike companies see no problem with riders just moving the pedals and letting the motor do all the work. I don't like it one bit, I feel like a fool when pedaling and feeling no resistance at all

Way up here in South Carolina we got some of the Hurricane Rain also as the Hurricane reached land. I was surprised it reached this far. I like this type of video showing details of how to change out an eBike part. Why are you not demonstrating not having Ghost Pedaling? That would have been the highlight for me: to know if it is worth doing.

I am glad that your knee is doing better. I am trying to avoid knee surgery so I ride my non-electric trike. It really helps! Like you I go about 6-7 mph. It's easier on my knee than walking.

Hey Richard, I have a Magicycle Ocelot Pro too and one of my big complaints too is leaning on my hands. Would you be able to tell me exactly what to buy to raise my handlebars up too? Did you do anything to your chainring to cut down on the "Ghost Peddling"? I bought a front basket and a spare battery for mine when I ordered it a couple of years ago, Magicycle was great they gave me a battery bag for free.
Look in the description of one of my latest videos and there is a link for an adjustable stem. I would recommend the 90mm or 110 mm. I think I have the 110 mm and it brings my handlebars up enough to reduce the symptoms. Just watch your wires and cables and dont put to much tension on them. Same with the freewheel there is a link for the freewheel and tool in the description. You can also change out the chain ring out to a 52t which would help also. I have a video about it. In my channel just search for ghost peddaling.
