It always confused me that Tony seemed to 'cheat' on Brenn without much provocation. He kissed Jane and pertula without much of a guilty conscience. But then I think, he's probably been flirting with her and made his feelings known for literal years and she's always chickened out. I understand that the revelation near the end answers alot of questions, but it made me see Tony in a different light. Christ, he could have died and that still wasn't enough motivation for Brenn to reciprocate.

Michelle Dotrice played Frank Skinner's wife in Some Mothers Do Have 'Em, in case you're wondering. I cannot get enough of Victoria Wood shows. What a special lady... so sorely missed. RIP, Ms. Wood (who should be Dame Victoria, imho). We will never forget you, and youll be entertaining generations to come! Your comedy is timeless! ❤
