Communication and kindness are soo important to healthy business relationships in our industry. I remember implementing many of these strategies on past listings, agents were soo surprised I was calling around to see who had buyers etc ! Next thing I know, I was being recruited by a couple agencies. LoL Totally shocking because as agents we should be picking up the phone calling other agents about our listings-esp if they aren’t moving! As usual thanks Jimmy!
