I installed everything on RPI4B, it works relatevely well, but it overheats and then it becomes impossible to play ... Im specially focused on the lightgun games. I wil give it a shot with Retropie .. maybe its lighter than Batocera..

What emulation are you using for virtua cop?

MT-32 ROMs are now Public Domain. So the $350 for an ancient MT-32 is kind of a bogus PoV. There are multiple solutions for using the ROMs with free software these days. This is strictly if you want it with the MiSTer.

Walker 1993 was published by Psygnosis but dev was DMA Design which later became Rockstar North. Both UK based.

Unless you play Space Quest III music than you don't do any justice to the MT-32. This I felt was outstanding when was released. And I had a LAPC1 in my PC basically the same thing. Have just ordered one as I feel I need to hear this again in my Life.

Recently I've hooked up my PS2 to my LG Smart TV. But I'm getting an "SV NTSC" message at the top right corner of my LG Smart TV. When I try to play a game on my PS2 with an HDMI converter. Has anyone else had this issue? If so, then how can I resolve it?

Never never fill your firestick like that - even the 4k.. A better way is an on the go cable that allows you to use a usb key in line with the power. Costs just a couple of quid and an old usb key you have laying around. Put as many games on as you like without causing problems with the firestick.

When you rendered the video, what was the settings or rescaling numbers you used? Im am brand new to this and wanting to do it for homevideos with a couple transitions. But my rendering showed an hour and fifteen minutes.... how did you get it down that fast? Thanks!

Thanks dude. So I got this PS2 slim and Nintendo switch OLED in the exchange for my OnePlus 10 Pro from this guy. Ps2 came with a lot of physical games, 2 dualshocks2 in good condition, memory cards with free boot, 160gb HDD loaded with games, but I just couldn't make the adapter work... The blind method worked instantly and you made my day (which was fucked overall btw, so thanks a lot)

The Sega Genesis version of the game is not as disappointing as it seems. Right, the exclusive Step on Beat track is not on par with the classical 3 other tracks, but these classical ones are decent renditions. Also, the graphics look mostly nice for a hardware that could display only 64 out of 512 total colors at once. Now, the amount of sprites on screen was very limiting and the version uses it fully, because there's noticeable slowdown and flickering in some parts, and the frame rate is far from optimal. It is an 8 meg game, which is an average spec for that day. 16 meg games became more common after that, but would a 16 meg cart enhance the game in any ways other than storing more sprite sizes? Probably there wouldn't be a lot of improvement over the original, because the sprite limits and number of music channels would be the same. The only way the Genesis version could be better would be if the programmers tried harder in optimizing the code so that the frame rate would end up being a bit superior, or maybe using some sort of really advanced algorithm that would allow room for more sprite sizes, but that would cost time the programmers probably didn't have available. That's the only way the game would could have left a better impression anyway, because in terms of general game development the original was ok already, and Sega didn't want to travel that extra mile that would improve the game. It's important remembering that the Genesis lacked true hardware sprite scaling. This hurt all the super scaler sega game conversions to that console.

I've made a Switch Pinball Cabinet too. Watching this I'm considering a Steam Deck now because of Pinball FX with all of the tables of FX3 under one app. Though that entering the cabinet code every time will get annoying FAST. So maybe I'll stick with the Switch for now lol

I wish there would just be thumb nails of the actual box art to navigate through instead of hallow lists of text. :P Sega for example, did a wonderful job with the Genesis Mini's UI.

You need to give Pokemon Fire Red Rocket Edition for the GameBoy Advanced a try. It's a great example of what is possible with Rom hacks.

Slight error in this, the playable version of Outrun Arcade on the Xbox came out in 2004 as part of Outrun 2. Outrun 2006 Coast to Coast didn't include it.

unfortunately I had many many problems with kdelive... specially the audio. so I tried to install danvici resolve. the APU on the deck doesn't work with it... even when I installed Windows. steam deck it's great for gaming! but that's it...
