My first time ever doing this and I did it perfect, I was scared of breaking it but it’s pretty easy😊
@@uk_bebo2788 awesome.. good to heat!
Needs 69mm valves . Right?
Are they back in stock?
Building a new ray gun?
Anyone got any tips on sealing the cylinder gasket I'm struggling with it
Quick question, my valve adjustment nuts and 1 stem recently backed off the rocker assembly ... it fell down into the bottom of crankcase.. What should I do? And would it cause harm down there if I leave it in the oil? I tried draining it and fishing it out. I can find anything there I didn't see it come out in pan when I did the oil.. Can you give me some advice on what to do here? And the severity of the outcomes? If it can make it's way back up?
@@donnieleffingwell1412 well. If it went down with the chain and just made it's way to the case bottom it may be ok. Hard to say. 5heres a potential of damage. What was it, the nut?
It was I ended up turning the bike completely upright and getting it with a magnet.. I'm looking for one of your kits? Any chance you have any in stock soon?
It's alive ‼️
Probably gonna try this with a Toyota coil
@@hesperidesbell4643 it works good
@@scooterarmy yee I'm just gonna run Toyota COP because that's what I used for my Miata as well
@@hesperidesbell4643 should be functionally the same
I watched this while I was pooping. Lol good to see it running
@@bryansutherly1 I'm in the bathtub right now
Spent some time tuning today.. she was thirsty. Not fully dialed in yet but running strong.. video update soon
If you are going to do the cvt too i know the things that work on that setup because if spend way too mucht time in the gy6 139qmb motor😅😂
Yeah, I'm pretty well versed at this point and the cvt was already setup for 52mm build so cvt is done for now
I can recommend adding the a9 cam also from ali express and since the big valve head is ported i would also add the 24mm carb also from ali express 😂 you wil notice the difference!
On my other 52mm build I run a 24mm cvk and a9.
I typically avoid cheap aliexress stuff, this was an experiment. So far so good.
Niceeee
Thats What Pepper Jasper 🌶 says all the time doesn’t mean you should give up seriously
@@ORIGINALCONCEPTGARAGE huh
Oh.. welding?
Nicely done brother
Thank you kindly
Nice! I have a chinese fuel injected scooter and I’m running 72cc’s currently. Next week I’m installing the glixal 52mm kit with big valve head so I’m curious what the difference will be.
@@caslimpens8161 careful with glixal, it can be ok but quality can be hit or miss, inspect thoroughly and if it's not right return it and get another, repeat as necessary.
Sweet
🤘😜
Hey man i just ordered one also and was looking on yt for people with results. Thats how i got here😅😂. Can you tell me the differences you felt and maybe make a video showing the 44mm crank running? Much love from the Netherlands❤. Edit: sorry i just read the end of the video 😅😂
@@bastencamp509 your timing is impeccable. I've been super busy and .. get this.. I am installing the engine on my vip as we speak. We'll, I'm at lowes getting a couple washers, but it will be installed and first test run in the next few hours. I will be doing a short video
Just saw it man sounds great👍 looking forward to see how fast it is when you've tuned the carb💪
@@bastencamp509 first good test ride later today
That's a short case. 788 is long case. It's what I have an went a bit wider which does work
@@seanmayo206 not a shortcase lol.. it's a kymco agility , longcase, 12 inch rims etc..
@@seanmayo206 788 is the "extra long case"
All I know if I put my finger over that nipple bike automatically cuts off as if it was a kill switch. Pwk carb
@@seanmayo206 if your running with that nipple open your introducing an air leak.
Those 52 mm kits rip when dialed in right 👍
$20 ! 😮
I think you right
He was tired of the bs 😂 so stop doing it wrong
You may be able to pull 40 mph with some cvt tuning and clutch springs but 35 is pretty common for that setup
at least the man has no skanky feet!
Yep people definitely make swapping the Contra spring harder than it really is. Nice‼️
@@cliffsbackyardgarage834 it gets harder the more you talk about it being easy
That's how ya do it get those gator grips 👣 on that clutch ‼️😅

You can calibrate the torque wrench. There videos about it.
@@erikredIV probably could.. but its like a 10 dollar cbinese piece of shit..
Cool! Throw a link to this crankshaft. Thanks!

@@scooterrehab6295 yeah.. i got kinda preachy didnt i
Yee Yee‼️
I wish you would have measured from TDC to BDC to verify 44mm stroke dangit
@@dexameth86 you can see towards the end of the video i have a pic of tdc with stock, and one with this crank. Bad pics, was tough to photograph, but its clearly further up, which would translate to further down . No i didn't measure but im convinced.
If you're real good, you can also use that impact for re-assembly hehe

Ok ok Reading rainbow 🌈 And now I know lol
Make sure there's not a restrictor washer in the variator great video ‼️
@@scooterrehab6295 no restriction.. great video lol..I had to slap something together

Bargain!
Idk but my Glixal ATKS A9 cam is pretty good
Hey send my that link‼️
$20 😮 better break out the measuring tape.😂
@@cliffsbackyardgarage834 its legit. Lmao.. it's identical to a stock crank , just a longer con rod. Otherwise exactly the same as stock so I think properly tuned it might just work fine
@@scooterarmy a longer rod isn't longer stroke. Just longer rod. Longer stroke would move the lower connecting rod further away from the crank. When you install it put it to top dash center then use a micrometer to measure the drop
@@dexameth86 allow me to rephrase.. I hung it to achieve top dead center and did the same with a stock crank and it was clearly a longer stroke by a couple mm.. hard to describe what I'm saying but it is a longer stroke
you'll see better results with a 125/150cc intake and carb - stock CVK 24mm carb.
@@dexameth86 yessir I'm aware.. in fact because of you.. I run a 24 on another build. Just trying to use stuff I've got on hand to do a quick build. Unfortunately I've hit a couple day set back because I've got no oil pump side case gaskets on hand..
