@fernandoarriagada5088 I should be putting together so quick deck profiles soon. Likely just 1 minute reels, not too in depth as most of these builds are base and not fully tested and optimized.

@Blahander we film at locals, so we don't always have the best setups each time. Sometimes they have the neon lights heavy going and it is difficult to get clean video. I'll try and brighten them up a bit more in editing, but I can't guarantee it'll be perfect everything since it is a quick setup and run type of recording. Hopefully adding the cards to the video and commentary helps clear up anything hard to see on the field. Thank you for the comment!

@MainDeckMastersllc thanks for the notes! It was our first week of set 5 and most of us did little to no testing prior to release so we are pretty casual minded. Haha

Ice Shield recovers the damage first, then you can pay to end the phase. Some of us are accustomed to just tripping the shield and "short cutting" the process as it works the same and makes it move quicker, but traditionally you are to take the damage, trigger the burst, recover the damage you took back into life, then pay cost if you wish to end the battle phase. It shouldn't prevent damage when played from hand.

@sannxi1945 for which deck? Since this was back in set 3 the decks have probably vastly changed, but I can give you build theory for the one you are interested in.

They are actually glass beads from crafting stores. I think maybe aquarium beads? One side is flat so they don't roll around on you as much. Haha

@DBZSeanzie that is actually a really cool idea. You can use 1 short bolt for soul core? I like that idea a lot. Bolt and Nuts are cores for machines or mecha! Great idea

@@valleyboysdigimontcg8246 I was thinking about spray painting them blue, then making the soul core red. Similar size to the original cores as hardware nuts, then the soul core could be a bigger nut or a bolt. Thanks so much 😊

I reached out to James on this question. He said it isn't too bad cuz he is just bouncing their stuff and generally faster. The fact they hand over so much memory gives you plenty to set up and utilize the hybrids as well.

The game is very fun and I highly recommend it. As for starter decks, that is a tricky question. There are a few staples in some starters, like red, white, and blue, but some don't have anything to really build from. One of the best decks to start and learn from is probably white aggro. It is a deck built with bulk that doesn't need ice shields and has a turn 2 win if it high rolls.

I'm not sure what other TCG you are talking about. The collaboration is just od the IP, so they are essentially "reskinning" some cards with new arts depicting different IPs. Did I say something wrong? Haha, my bad if I made it seem like there is a new game.

Yup, blue has some really solid stuff this set. Excited to see what it will do competitively.

Most of our videos are BO3, but this night we didn't get to record as many. This was a 1-of between rounds and the other 2 from the same night were quick 2-0s with the 2nd game being very one sided so we decided to make short interesting games. Future vids should mostly be Bo3. Thanks for the feedback, hope you enjoyed!

So, I have yet to build/play it myself but my understanding is utilizing Smagg as a universal reduction spirit since there serves as all colors and using the good stuff. Then, when you need to replenish and have used up a lot of resources, Kei can be used to essentially replenish your hand as she grabs something of all colors from the trash. I don't have his list, as we are always changing ours, but The Egman had a few that topped a few events so those are solid starting points. Glad you liked the vid!

Beldegor, Hildr, and Scopowl are for removal and stall, keeping my life up until I can ramp with Smagg and Antman. Naumamanngard and Kei are win conditions, once board is built up with smaller spirits either of them can help blitz your opponent down. Large amount of spells for card draw and removal, since a good thorn prison or flood stream at the right time can make or break games. Grimoire fairy is there to help pull specific magic cards like ice shield or dream bomb when you need them, and to provide and extra body for beldegor to revive. Deck likes to play slow and build advantage in cores and cards before slamming in with one of the big guys, but with so many cheaper spirits and removal magics you can also play a bit more aggro when you need to, like against blue.
