- Welcome back to VB TCG, today we have some BSS Gameplay from locals and we are playing white control for the first time. It is a slight different version, we do focus a little more on the Frost Tiger as our main. *note: @21:05 there is an interaction with Deadly Balance and Naumannguard that was mishandled. I was told I do not get the ramp, but that is wrong, it should have worked fine. Apologies for the misunderstanding.

It's annoying how underrated this tcg is, it might be ban dai's best one
Completely agree. We started this channel for Digimon, and slowly BSS has become my preferred game lately
@@valleyboysdigimontcg8246 As much as I still like digimon, the powercreep wave it had since BT9 or so, all the broken purple cards, bandai's habit of making otk decks, plus a good amount of cards that should've been hit a long time ago made the game really frustrating competitive-wise
Coming from Yugioh it’s so refreshing. No unbreakable boards, infinite negates, no watching your opponent just search his whole deck out for eternity. Also it feels balanced with good player interaction

Naumangard works on opponent dedly balance: is still ah opponent’s effect.

It was actually my first time playing white and did enjoy it and I think the Tiger is very under appreciated. Will try and do a profile as a short soon to go with this locals run.

Imo BS is a great game with beautiful artworks and you have to think a lot. The only problem I have it is very boring to watch if you compare it to other tcg's while beeing a lot of fun to play🙈
I think because of the nature of the game, how everything can block and attack the turn it is played, it is very much like Chess. You have to really think your next moves and those of your opponents potentially a little more than some card games so it becomes very much a chess match and a game of thinking, so it isn't as flashy.
Where do get these big cores at?
They are actually glass beads from crafting stores. I think maybe aquarium beads? One side is flat so they don't roll around on you as much. Haha
@@valleyboysdigimontcg8246 I wondered it that’s what they were! I remember my mom having some when I was a kid. Very cool. I’m playing machine beast white and was wondering about getting some small metal nuts to use as cores. Thanks for heads up 🤙🏼
@DBZSeanzie that is actually a really cool idea. You can use 1 short bolt for soul core? I like that idea a lot. Bolt and Nuts are cores for machines or mecha! Great idea
@@valleyboysdigimontcg8246 I was thinking about spray painting them blue, then making the soul core red. Similar size to the original cores as hardware nuts, then the soul core could be a bigger nut or a bolt. Thanks so much 😊
@@valleyboysdigimontcg8246 I checked the official rules and they made it seem like you could only use the little cores, or provided cores. Still a cool idea for friendlies. It would be cool for each deck to have themed cores. Also another revenue stream for Bandai
