5:25 thats a fictional show with an insane company. Its hardly a good case for DEI. Also people could sue that kind of stuff way before the toic got big. DEI could be a good thing. But like any movement it needs a functioning ethical and regulated base of operation first. You cant just give people power because they are waving a flag of good intentions. And thats the big problem today. "Its feminism/DEI/inclusive" and "if you are against it your opinion means nothing" When any unethical group can just claim to be those things. I cried when Irv was bonding with Felicia over Burt's memories. That felt so real when it comes to losing someone dearly loved. You may appreciate people's words of comfort-phrases like 'Be strong' or 'I'm here for you'-but nothing compares to reminiscing with someone who knew them too. I once read that the real magic lies in hearing stories about them you never knew. It’s like you're still getting to know them, discovering even more of what you loved so dearly. I hope we get more #Burving at least in the Outies world! Btw, phenomenal episode. I'm loving Devon too.

These two are my favorite. I wanted more before I remembered that, in innie form, most of them are still very “young”. Like young teenagers just discovering attraction.
