I really love that observation that Mark and Helena are both going to be playing parts going forward. Hadn't thought about it like that and Irving is also playing a part, and one can say Dylan too. This show is incredible
the fact that they gave us this finale on the THIRD EPISODE and not as a cliff hanger for the season's finale, like anyone trying to milk the viewers money would, got me HYPED THE HOUSE DOWN BOOTS
I cried when Irv was bonding with Felicia over Burt's memories. That felt so real when it comes to losing someone dearly loved. You may appreciate people's words of comfort-phrases like 'Be strong' or 'I'm here for you'-but nothing compares to reminiscing with someone who knew them too. I once read that the real magic lies in hearing stories about them you never knew. It’s like you're still getting to know them, discovering even more of what you loved so dearly. I hope we get more #Burving at least in the Outies world! Btw, phenomenal episode. I'm loving Devon too.
Yea... The fact that they talk about the Board like it's just someone you can call up anytime and wake up in the middle of the night to get to speak with them makes me think "the Board" could be the consciousnesses of the previous Eagans, preserved somehow in a way that they can also be spoken to whenever their Lumon employees want to speak with them.
As soon as she said "re-canonicalized" i screamed - i knew it was either gonna be Kier as black or Milchick just painted into historical scene, and man... it being the former of the two made me pause the episode. That is some prime faux corporate progressivism my god
I don't find Harmony scary at all, because I think she's one of the "good guys". Helena, on the other hand. She has serious femme fatale energy. Britt Lower gave her the most confident walk imaginable.
Britt Lower is so good at portraying two almost polar opposite characters. I think she and Adam Scott should get whatever highest award they give to TV shows
The actress playing the goat lady is Gwendoline Christie who played Bri of Tarth on Game of Thrones, she was also in Wednesday on Netflix. I love Devin too!! Can't wait for episode 4!!
@@sydney-my4zn I don’t think the rule goes both ways. It was just weird how neither one of them seemed that interested in talking about it, despite being the hottest of tea.
I listen to the severance podcast with Ben Stiller. Gwendolyn Christie was on there and said she liked the big boots that they wore. That it made sense because of all the blood, mud or poop they have to go through.WTH, she listed blood first. I am not prepared. She also discussed all the trauma that they had all been through together and how damaging the work is that they do.
I have a feeling Mr milkshake is going to switch sides he didn't seem very much appreciative with that gift being loyal to the company and just getting treated like that I hope he has a redemption arc
I am really trying to figure out Helena’s angle here (assuming it’s her) because the whole reason they went through this trouble is they NEED Mark to complete Cold Harbor and yet they’re not trying to actually make him work at all. Assuming that project is linked to Gemma, maybe they’re hoping him finding out the truth will eventually motivate him? But there’s also the possibility Helena is somehow getting invested in him. Idkkkkkk so interesting
Okay Helly going as Helena theory is too outdated. New theory: After Helena sees Helly kissing Mark, she finds Reghabi and spends an evening going through reintegration. That’s why Reghabi tells Mark she’s much better at it now. And now Mark and Helena are both reintegrated but they have to hide that from each other.
Reghabi is an enemy to Lumon though. No way she would trust Helena enough to do that (and I don't think Helena would trust her to actually reintegrate her).
it's all subjective. THEY ARE BOTH HOT, BUT Adam is slightly more attractive in this CIS female's pov. either way, brain levels are the most attractive thing about another person
4:35 - This usage of the word "austerely" doesn't make any sense. It's being used as though it means something akin to "sincerely," and it totally does not. In a show that's so careful about everything it does, it seems impossible for that to be a goof or an accident. So it must signify *_something_* , but I haven't thought of a good theory what the significance might be...

Not the inclusively recanonicalized paintings😭
It reminded me of when in order to be more inclusive, the Google AI model started to produce white historical figures as black.
@@6alcantara, that's exactly it, I don't think their interpretation was entirely what Stiller was going for

I wonder if the word “reset” spooked Cobel when Helena called for the meeting with the Board, did it sink in?
The word "reset" was a HUGE red flag- I wonder if they were going to do something to her memory?
I think it was a combination of the word reset and a spooky guy who looks like he’s very used to resetting others

The boys are back!! This episode ending floored me!!
The last scene was so gooood and shocking! I thought it was gonna be a cliffhanger for the next episode or maybe even the season finale.
Kier in Blackface wasn’t on my bingo card for 2025!

Cobelvig knows what they do to people. She realized that if she goes into the building with them, she may be an Ms Casey.

Let's GO!!! It's so good.
She said "IT wants you to feel appreciated" when referring to the board🤔
How would Gretchen not immediately spill every second to outie Dylan of what her conversation with the innie was like?
We were thinking the same thing omg 😭
Because the inne and outie are not supposed to know anything about one another
@@sydney-my4zn I don’t think the rule goes both ways. It was just weird how neither one of them seemed that interested in talking about it, despite being the hottest of tea.
I think she sees outie Dylan as a sort of a loser and sees the innie as the person she wants most out of Dylan as a hard worker. m@@DIEGOSHAY
There seems to be distance between Gretchen and OutieDylan (which is really sad to see). They might just not talk much these days.
