How much water in a day are you drinking? And how many hrs if any are you working out?

Great work! It’s not easy at first but gets easier over time. I was 220 as well! That was my heaviest. I dropped all the way down to 166 in 75 days. I’m back up to 174 and do intermittent fasting and sometimes will do a 72 or a 96 hour, drink plenty of electrolytes and sauna… talk about mental clarity and rejuvenation🤯 My only regret is not discovering fasting sooner.

did you notice a difference in performance with the cooling system? I have 06 LJR and been overheating going uphill.

Bro you don’t need to fast that hard, my advice to you is just eat lots of lean meat and veg and do a small amount of weight training every day, you don’t need to do that much but what will happen is your fat will be burned as a fuel because your not eating carbs, water fasting will ruin your metabolism and you will put the weight right back on plus you will lose a lot of your energy from not eating
