How to make a custom Hawkeye's bow in Minecraft(BEDROCK)

Today I will show you how to make a custom bow, almost like hawkeyes.
COMMANDS:

/kill @e[type=arrow]

yea they cant because there is no command that actually work and will stay in the game which allows for that
