This trio was originally written for organ, but I've uploaded an instrumental/chamber version of it.

What program does he use for this? The midi doesn’t sound annoying for once 😅
Wow
Wow. I would not know that it wasn't Bach.
Incredible work! I too am trying to emulate Bach’s style by writing a three or four part “Keyboard practice, the first part being preludes and fugues. I was wondering what program you use to animate your compositions with annotations and all. Once again, bravo!
Do you do lessons to teach this stuff? Really want to find a tutor who can help me with counterpoint. I can write in counterpoint but not to nearly this depth yet.
played on modern piano, just like Bach did
Still truly EPIC almost 3 years later
Der Leipzigkantor lives! Thanks so much for sharing your wonderful music, enthusiastically endorsed by Prester Bob!
I would like to play your beautiful works. Is sheet music available?
Handel vibe
I would prefer a minor ending chord here, but apart from this, it's an excellent work! Brilliant structure and harmonies, great job!
Reminded me of Handel more than Bach due to the rhythm
Bravo!
Awesome
It's Baroque in style, but doesn't really follow the Bach model for concertos. (Well, maybe I shouldn't say that-it's a good imitation of a closing movement of a Bach concerto-most like BB 3.)
More Vivaldi than Bach
This is hilarious lol. It sounds like a parody.
Your work is incredibly high quality. I myself have dabbled in counterpoint however it isn’t my strongest skill, my passion lies within in the realm of later 18th century composition.
That counter subject remembers me the counter subject in the Fugue in G minor for Organ (the Great BWV 542).
the scrolling playback really helps it seem like bach
Really inspiring work. (Love the chromatic reharmonization at 0:50, and the weaving of the head motif into the sequences and the episodes.) Do you know any specific examples of Bach fugues in which the subject starts on the mediant scale degree? Seems unusual (e.g., all the WTC fugues (either book) start on the tonic or dominant), but I might just be unaware of him using that technique
smells like invention ^_^ fantastic work, thank you!
Definitely some Brandenburg 5 and Triple Concerto 3rd movement in here… great job!
would sound really nice on piano
Its nice
Wow, if someone told me this was an early Bach fugue I wouldn’t have thought twice, this is incredible
With the recorders, it reminded me of Telemann. Very nice indeed!
Nice Contrapunctus 8 / 11 vibe!
😍😍😍❤ Brilliant! Genius!
I like this and I could imagine a similar project with the three themes from Contrapunctus 14 plus the 14 note ornamented variation of the Art of the Fugue theme.
I have a question. I see the multiple themes in Red, Pink, Blue, and Green, but how are the non colored note sequences formatted? I see that some of those sequences seem to be inversions of some of the themes, like an inversion of the blue theme in some parts of the fugue, but is there a format to "tie together" the main themes so that they fit? I tend to be always stuck on sections like 1:39 , where it just keeps going and going, without finding a way to find a transition to the next subject. I dont have any experience in these, but I'm curious on to how these fugues work. Thank you!
Thanks for your question. First you need to know what's the departure key and the destination key. When your modulation is done, make sure to increase intensity right before you resolve into the subject. That's a good way to stop. It's very hard to explain this on a message, I'm missing many things. If you have few experience I do not recommend to take this fugue as an example, it will be misleading. Analyze Bach's Invention in C Major for instance.

Fantastic!

You carry both the genius Bach and the legacy of Gerubach. This was awesome.
Where are the other movements?
I listened to a few of these compositions and the really sound a lot like the style of Bach. And maybe even as good as some of the lesser pieces of him that are not that beautiful. But the music misses the great quality of Bach's better and top-compositions. Bach's themes and melodies are often simple, but so beautiful that it is almost impossible to create the same quality. Even with ten times more people on the planet, there are no ten Bachs, Mozarts or Beethovens !
Ma dove siamo????❤
It wasn’t the end!!
I deleted my comment because I no longer agree with what I had written. I wasn't in my right mind when I wrote my nasty comment because my cold was at its peak at the time and I was a bit grumpy as a result. I sincerely apologise. Of course I know your other fugues and I like almost all of them and because they are more original than this one, I simply and meanly wrote on without giving it a second thought. I have now made up for this and deleted my comment. So don't stop writing fugues and other contrapuntal works because of a shitty person like me! Fugal writing is simply one of the most beautiful things one can do, which is why I chose to focus on it when I completed my bachelor's degree in music. Since I haven't done much research on you, it would be interesting to know what your musical background is!
No worries, we all have those off days. I really appreciate you taking the time to reflect. Your decision only says positive things about you as a person. I'm sure your fugues are fantastic, and I hope one day I can listen to them with admiration.
Sorry for the nitpicking, but at 0:24 on the 2nd to 3rd quarter, there is a parallel octave in the alto and soprano (g to a). Otherwise an excellent piece as always, nothing you can't fix in one stroke. Just discovered your fugues the other day and I'm seriously impressed by the stuff you're doing.
brabissimo!
bravo!
Very much like the last movement of BWV1043 with BWV29 feel, or maybe other concerto. I see you break down masterpieces to create a new piece, something similar to what Johann Ludwig Krebs did in his organ works. While it sounds good enough, I really don't know if I should appreciate or not. Because it's not truly original nor something Bach himself would have done to his own pieces.... I understand some comments say it's AI (when you combine contrapunctus 8,9, and 11 to make new fugue), although I don't believe it is. They are too well combined and certainly far better than "popular songs in Bach style" sort of attempts. But I really don't know how to evaluate this. This isn't Bach's piece, not entirely new either, but half way yes, so I don't know.
Thanks for coming back after so much time! Keep it up! you are doing an amazing work here!
Nice entrance of the themes on the cadence to F at 2:38!
Great fugue! What sound library did you use for the harpsichord?
So finally he's not Geru
Sounds very nice and easy to play, would really like to have a score for this.
