O&d lines are thin on the practice squad,way too many linebackers

Let this be a lesson for future yrs rookie UDFA should always clear waivers. It would require a team willing to blow a roster spot on someone that they just past on in the draft but also just got cut....makes no sense...fans always think their players will get claimed. Other teams dont care about preseason stats like fans do. Now if you've generated #'s in the regular season teams will put weight into that which was Detroit's fear with Houston. Only 30 players got claimed which means about 1 per team.

Considering the incredibly bad spot we're in, to only be 3 deep at WR going into game 1, Patrick is about as good a find as we could have hoped to get. The spot we're in shows again that you don't draft "best player available," draft according to need. What you end up with is this - a huge glut at one position (RB and CB, in this case) where potentially starting talent is forced to be let go to make some other team better, while another is left totally lacking. Though Vaki will probably be good, Jefferson would have also, and we should have gotten the best receiver available at the time instead of him.

Cant hurt.. if he stinks hes gone if hes good he stays.....

Peko is 100 percent going to be back on the team once we move Comisky to IR tomorrow. We had to wait 24hrs before putting him on IR so he’d get his full benefits. Clearly Peko was always making the roster. With TP starting on the P Squad that still will leave us with 1 more open spot on the roster.

Perfect fit, he’s a baller. I still think we aren’t done at wr. I predict we add Hodgins first to the practice squad. He has the same team as TP, he’s only 25 and I think our coaching staff can further develop him. He would be playing on the best offense, coaching staff and QB of his career. He’s perfect for some TP insurance and who knows maybe he takes over that x spot for us next season.
