I agree with 5 WRs, I don't think the Lions will do a full time fullback, if Hesse can catch and play on the line of scrimmage, then maybe keep him. Craig Reynolds is on this team. Vaki doesn't know enough yet to replace Craig. Lions keep 4 RBs. Kayode I believe is pronounced like (coyote).
So many touch decisions for the Lions. I’m 60 and don’t ever remember such a tough cut to the 53. I do believe that DPJ will be our X receiver but that is definitely our weakest position. My guess is he showed up to camp out of shape and is just starting to get caught up physically. I always thought we got him for red zone throws but we’ll see. I’m sure things will change after Pittsburg. Great vid.

I think DPJ is the guy on the bubble, the only reason they want to keep him is his size and past play(not with us!), too bad it was years ago that DPJ had a good season. I think we should let him walk, and scoop up either Robert Woods or who ever else could fit the WR room after cuts are made. I think Fountain showed more effort than DPJ, its a shame as I am a UofM fan and would love to see our home boy show up!
What about Kingsley I think he started it center game one and then became the right guard game too and I think he's been repping as right guard with first string since Zietler is out
Can’t wait to see all the people who doubt Betts change their mind of him after the next game. The guy litterly gets tons of pressure, can drop into coverage and has a motor that doesn’t stop. Go back and watch Houston’s sacks that everyone wants to talk about and tell me if any halfway decent edge rusher would get those. He’s not worth the roster spot as purely a pass rusher. All our D needs is pressure to force incompletions. Sacks arnt as important as making a quarterback make mastakes. Betts gets us that, Houston doesn’t

Maybe it's because he's not the same player as before the injury, but I feel like the coaching staff screwed Houston over. He comes back from a season ending injury and they decided to, until recently, all off season play him at SAM, instead of at pass rush de.
Good 53 Dion. Only thing I really disagree with is that I believe Agude and/or Ukwu make it over Betts. They've both performed better so far and offer more upside.
