Hi everyone. I use TH-cam to upload a fairly random collection of content when I want to share it with friends and family, so you're liable to find a collection of music, games, or cat videos here. You're welcome to subscribe if you want, but aside from putting out new clarinet ensemble content occasionally, I have no particular goals for this channel.

The Australian-born Percy Grainger made a career as a touring pianist in the British Isles and collecting folk songs from the British and Irish countryside. "Bring the Torch, Jeanette Isabella" is a charming Christmas carol that started its life as dance music for nobility in 17th century Provence, France. It was first printed with lyrics in 1688 with the Provençal text "Venès lèu, Vèire la piéucello; Venès lèu, Genti pastourèu!", or "Come quickly, to see the little girl; Come quickly, kind shepherd!", in a collection of twelve noëls by Nicolas Sab...
An Old Garden, MacDowell - Clarinet Choir - Schmitt Bloomington - December 13, 2023

Edward Macdowell was best known for his piano concertos and suites, including the "New England Idylls", from of which this piece is a part. Macdowell often used the word "old" in his titles to evoke the nostalgic past, and this piece is thought to be inspired by the memory of a garden from MacDowell's house in Wiesbaden, Germany, where MacDowell lived for a time after finishing his studies. It ...
Second Waltz, Shostakovich - Clarinet Choir - Schmitt Bloomington - December 13, 2023

The second jazz suite was composed following the tumultuous political controversies of the mid 1930s in Russia. Shostakovich, under pressure from Stalin and the newspaper Pravda to compose music appropriate to the state-enforced values, had recently finished his fourth symphony but pulled it from performance during rehearsals under the pretense that he wasn't yet satisfied with it. His fifth sy...

"O Come, All Ye Faithful" is a cherished Christmas hymn with origins tracing both its music and Latin text, "Adeste Fidelis", back to John Francis Wade. Wade was an Englishman at the College of Douai during the early 1740s who made his living by copying and selling plainchant and other music. It has since received an English translation by Frederick Oakeley (1802-1880) and has also been expande...

Performed live at Midwest Musical Imports The Sorcerer's Apprentice (1897) - Paul Dukas (1865-1935) (arr. Lisa Portus) The French composer and music critic Paul Dukas was also immensely self-critical, to the point that he destroyed many of his manuscripts. Today just 15 of his works survive, but it is fair to say that his fame rests with a single orchestral work: the symphonic poem The Sorcerer...

Pyne....is superior...thanks!
I have to agree! At least for my reeds and embouchure heh.
Much prefer your sound with the Shifrin mouthpiece and the Rue Lepic reed in both videos
Thanks for the comment! I sadly agree that the cane reeds still just outperform the VK1s. I had such high hopes that I could switch to synthetics! 😅
@@sprcow Still haven’t found a synthetic yet that I would perform with 🧐
The Shifrin was more even … BUT when you started putting those HARD reeds on it , ALL clarinet was lost. Sounded like too much effort
Gracias, me gusta más la pyne
Thank you for being one of the only people who reviews such mouthpieces, ❤
WAIT a minute.... You are playing something that starts out as the Ferling fast B flat etude for oboe (no 18) then goes off into something else. th-cam.com/video/E2IiV77a86A/w-d-xo.html
Good stuff! Fun combination of instruments that "dialogue" so well together.
Bravo!
can you please make an updated video for this, this is an amazing script and we use it alot!
Great performance.
Bro you deserve way more subs for this effort. Liked! Nice song, I've never heard of this song before. Keep it up! I make online chess videos so it's nice to see some music videos as well :D Looking at the description it's from final fantasy, the one i've heard before are one winged angel and fighting.
Haha thank you! It's from final fantasy 6, or 3 as it was called in the initial US release. One of my childhood favorites. Your lichess videos look great so far! I like your chill narration style.
Well, Kilo sure is persistent.
The bass sounds great. Are you ready to switch?
Wow that shirt Alex.
I originally got it for playing with DPMB haha. It mostly sits around these days, but this seemed like a good opportunity.
Loved this montage!
Crazy 7 years later and it's a bunch of spines/fire builds running around ae.
Haha what a time to be alive =D
sadly HC server has nerfed AE to the ground, so it takes way longer to not only solo level like this but even power level. Same guys that hid the private server for years lol
The pain!
This is the same kind of "trench" we have to make when the plows pile up right by our house too. Smart move, gals!
i could really use your programm for finding the best course for all the system patrols that still exists in Star Trek online there are a couple hundreds tho ... you can speed level with them if you provide the right gear to your new charakter (especially when a XP rrewards weekend takes place) sto.gamepedia.com/index.php?title=Special:Search&limit=500&offset=50&profile=default&search=system+patrol
+Hugo Bolzer Interesting! The program would struggle with those kinds of numbers currently, but if you want to mess around with it, it's available for download at the site in the description.
thx
Thank you bro ! This good be good for my adventure map
thank alot!
I LOVE YOU!
Good idwa for secret base enterance :)
Cool!!!
kk
@ciarancassidy I use Minecraft Enhanced texture pack. Currently using the 1.1 version - haven't found one updated for 1.2.3 yet:
Where did you get your texture pack
@HatesChannel Hehe, oh good! I'm glad my one contribution to the MC community is still relevant. =D
Unfortunately the devs went nerf-crazy on a few things recently because of these maps - rezzing mobs give nothing now, as I recall, and the incoming ambushes get a serious drop in XP fast (it's like first - 100%, second, 75%, and keeps dropping.) So... regular fire maps, now, it'll take a little longer perhaps, but the general technique is the same. (Cue the "It's only for stories!" crowd complaining.)
@NetBlaise I wasn't using any here, but to get a base buff, you need to make an empowerment station. You can then spend invention salvage to activate long term buffs. Two main differences between brute and scrapper imo - Scrappers have a higher base damage, but brutes can build up fury to get a large damage modifier. Brutes have max 90% resist, while scrappers only have 75%. This makes brutes much more durable IF they can hit the resist cap. Both of these probably favor brute in ambush farm.
This texture pack is the Minecraft Enhanced 256x texture pack.
@BobPaul I think you mean texture pack. n00b.
What skin are you using?
@Midnite4Life777 As for spines/fire's suitability for farming: It has proven itself a very strong farmer. As part of my farming science experiment, I next rolled up a SS/FA/Mu brute. The brute takes longer to be viable and relies more on set bonuses and Mu to enhance damage output than the scrapper, but it has a number of compelling improvements. Higher resist cap and damage bonus let you ultimately deal more damage than the scrapper and survive more easily, in my experience thus far.
@Midnite4Life777 Spines/Dark probably would work pretty well, too. FA gives you Burn for extra damage, consume to help deal with all the toggles, damage aura (of course), the fast self heal, and fiery embrace. DA has the damage aura and dark regeneration, but spends a couple of powers on control and debuff. The main reason FA is so popular, IMO, is that you can totally cap fire resist by level 16 and it's easy to make or find custom maps with enemies that only deal fire damage.
@moisesandangie I agree. Better resists + taunt + fury is pretty enticing. I have a SS/FA going on the side so I can do a more direct comparison first hand, but I was drawn in by the double damage auras and decided to start with the scrapper.
@OfficialKraZx Wooden, Yes. Stone, no.
why do u do this shit
u suck
this is shit
@DanBadcock Haha, I'm glad you liked it!
Thank you so much Alex, my world would not be the same without you!
thanks, very informative
Soon you will do a tour of your base, followed by some more cool things like this. Then you will get recommendations to do a let's play. After a while you will start a donation site for yourself. Then you will become a TH-cam partner and/or Machinima Partner for more money and fans. Thus is the way of a smart minecraft player.
