@@PLANDerLinde99 if you saw my magnet collection you’d be appalled. I never can keep them straight and essentially go off of feel. Then put them into the slider and if the slider falls off every time I hit a certain corner I know I fucked up. Hahaha

@FidgetFocused I like to keep everything accurate and monitored so I'm gonna have to go through all the effort to know what I'm putting in my slider now 😂

@@thierryagen112 thank you!! I have owned the one pal in I think every material with the exception of the exotic metals. Pei and the yellow fiber were the bet hands down. In fact, now that you bring it up I might have to try and source the yellow fiber one again…

I honestly use an alcohol wipe if I want a quick clean and if you want something a bit deeper and more effective, an ultrasonic cleaner works great. Just take the plates and mags out and toss them in. They’ll look brand new when they come out

@@phreakinpher I imagine this material is maybe not as easily machined and so is made in a more limited quality, meaning higher prices. Honestly weight, feel and sound is better than its metal counterparts to me so I think it’s worth more

@@wh0sdaddy196 soooo I didn’t include them because there has been a huge controversy in the groups about his intentions. He was bumped from a lot of the groups for being an alleged serial cloner and design release rug puller. These are allegations and are not totally substantiated but fidgets for me are meant to be fun and reduce stress. When newer creators bring drama with them founded or not I’ve found it better to steer clear until they’ve proven the opposite. Hopefully that all makes sense. I love the KEYi coin as well and found it to be a great piece. Hopefully when Andy brings new pieces to the table they’re his design and legit.

@@FidgetFocused ill have to add that to my list then iv never tried free floating sliders i was actually debating on the magic play but went and ordered 2 of the juzhedc armor sliders they caught my eye with the rubber boards and tuning fork inside them but man does the magic play bring the CRUNCH!!! Lol

@ magic play all the way. Granted I’ll try the armor slider too. But I’ve been underwhelmed by their products. Magic play with ss plates is really great and hard to beat.

@@FidgetFocused thats what iv been hearing that the SS plates were a game changer i should’ve gotten one or two lol i guess i was just captivated by the video showcasing the armor 😂 it just looked so badass and they look modern and sleek with a john wick vibe lmao i could see him pulling out the juzhedc armor out on his downtime

@@FidgetFocused oh really. I actually have a pei on the way from secondary, but its stuck in mail hell because Canada post. I really liked the metal version. I debated getting the 1.0 that actually is hybrid on zirc.

@@nikfpv3456 you can’t go wrong with a yedc pig nose slider! Has the option be locked into just up and down with balls on the track or take them out and you can turn it 360!

Look at the oh yeah manufacture slider. It’s an unlimited push essentially just like this but it’s attached

@ love the oh yeah slider. That’s a great piece. Had a bit of a botched launch and never recovered it seemed. The center pin was breaking on everyone’s sliders and they tried to release a fix but the damage was done. And I don’t think a lot of people bought the v2 when they released it

@@stevewebster9012 haha hey same. When I first bought it I paid the same. There are some places still trying to push it as like a 110$ slider. But you can find it easy for cheep. I messed around with it putting different strength magnets in it and different orientations and I think I’m having a better time with it this time.

​@FidgetFocused I remember it having so much potential but the magnets strength was dogshit. What size and strength magnets did u use to replace?

@ I used the standard Magnus sized mags. I think 6mm x 3mm and I think n42? . I do a terrible job keeping them all separate. But I also did a capital i pattern ( |-| ) and left two of the edge spaces empty on each plate side. It’s made it a lot more enjoyable

@@pork6811 ok after trying to film it I’ve decided it simply comes down to magnet strength and the slightest flick of the wrist. Very hard to capture it in “steps”

@@Imperial-simp_destroyer I think it’s a great sounding mechanical. I think the design is interesting. I think it’s worth a purchase second hand. If you are flush with funds you won’t be disappointed buying it new but overall the size and weight is what keeps me from picking it up as my go to mechanical. So it’s good but its score is hindered by size and weight. I’m happy to have tried it but I don’t imagine it standing the test of time in my collection haha

@@NightCabbage yeah you can run any number of configs on it. All spaced detents or all dense. Or in my case-all at once!
