I have the V1 in stainless steel and brass. I tried opening it up once before and decided against going further when the little strawberry seed sized pin fell out lol, I felt lucky to get it back together tbh. After watching your video today and the disassembly video on EDC Cartel I finally worked up the nerve to try again. It was tedious, but not as bad as I anticipated. I added teflon tape, switched the stock balls from ss to black ceramic, and sized the slider balls up from 2.778mm to 3.0mm. It's smoother now and the slider has nicer feel and sound overall. Thanks for another great video!
It's a bit chunky for me, but I really like the features. I could do without the "tuning fork". But the locking ability is neat. If they could somehow "slim" this design down, I'd seriously consider buying one. Thanks for the review 👍 🙂
I care about a coa when paying premium prices online as a way of reducing scams. But once I have it, the piece itself should prove it’s authentic by its quality. If you can’t tell if it’s authentic then, if there is no difference between the real thing and the clone, then who cares?
@@phreakinpher that makes sense to me! I just realized when it arrived that I haven’t looked at a COA in forever. It is fun though when you get something from like kap for instance and it comes with a metal COA. Kind of neat.
