My favourite Rookie Digimon are Gazimon, Salamon, Floramon and Labramon, so any one of those would be awesome. Salamon honestly seems fun to see you cover, as it is a Digimon with numerous branching paths and in-line DNA-Digivolution that have a lot of ecological and lore implications. Salamon can turn into 4/5 different cats, who in turn can turn into a motherly angel, a cruel demon lord, Falcor, cat-angel who is a keeper of knowledge, melancholic cat-angel, vampiric cat-lady, a crusading angel, an angel employing light and darkness in harmony, and a freaking angel of the apocolypse! There is just a lot going on with it, ecologically and lore-wise that keeps me endlessly fascinated with its branching lines and it would be fun to see you cover Mr. Digizologist

Absolutely a cool idea! Look for a digimon 101 lesson on the subject in the next month or two!
I've always been the type who would rather become a digimon (I want to be the one flying around with cool powers and having awesome fights! Not just be the friend of that guy!) But if I were a tamer, I could see myself as either option, sole or troupe, but even as a troupe tamer only having two or three digimon to keep it close knit (and no it's not a harem... it's a polycule!)

@@ashb4562 Sadly I dont do whole lines in one lesson as I believe every digimon deserves their own special video, but I promise to do all of them eventually! Is there any specific digimon from those lines youre extra excited to see?

generally i just ignore those. if i can fling a mountain on the other guy, i don't care what he's composed of, everthing is an equally flat pancake.
on the plus side. is the 1# member of the Digital Cleaners. the work suck, but is easy, it really stink, your partner too, tough not by much compared to what you do. But you try treating them bad and see how long untill they strong arm you for more pay. Don't F%$# with the garbage man! Seriously tough, as far as work go, is remarkably simple,. get numemon, get the garbage. Numemon eats the garbage. The world's clean get paid. and the only real expense, is Big Meat for numemon, everthing else is profit.

Are those quills always sharp, or can he soften them for hugging? The huggability of a digimon is very important to determine it's viability as a partner. I'd love to see a video about Gotsumon. That little rock teddy is one of my favourites.

Basically yggdrasil the host computer of the digital world and whom the royal knights serve realized their where to many digimon and decided to purge them through a virus program called the x program the x antibody was caused by the natural resistance to x program leading to x antibody digimon

Would it be possible to do a video on the original Kudamon? The one before Data Squad, with the cartridge and blue/purple stripes? It’s gotten a few cards, and I think it’s underrated. If not, at least a small segment in a Kudamon video would suffice, I really love this guy. Phascomon as well, they’re both adorable! I’ve actually modeled both of them in BlockBench before.

I think you forgot to mention some of its other digivolutions like Kyodainumemon, platinumnumemon, Numemon X or Sukamon. Also the fact we've seen them in different colorings.
@@heimko3618 Great observation! Sadly I don't have the time to go over every potential digivolution for a 'mon as thatd be an hour video for each but I try to pick some of the more common or interesting ones!
To be fair in the case of some digimons i don't think it would be that bad, a 15-20 minutes video wouldn't hurt (or even a 30+ one). As for number of digivolutions, i've counted 17 (18 with Numemon itself (not counting the color variants as we saw in Digimon World 3 and others)) and you covered BlackKingNumemon, ShellNumemon, Monzaemon and GoldNumemon. I did some research and found the following, incase you'd want or wish to do a part 2: Numemon->KyodaiNumemon. Numemon->ShellNumemon. Numemon->GoldNumemon. Numemon->Numemon X->Monzaemon X Numemon->BlackKingNumemon->PlatinumNumemon. ->WaruMonzaemon->GigaWaruMonzaemon. Numemon->Monzaemon-ShinMonzaemon. ->KingSukamon. Numemon->Sukamon->Etemon->MetalEtemon->KingEtemon. ->PlatinumSuka.

Champion is my favourite level. They often look like cool beasts or monsters before getting bogged down with tons of weapons or armour in their later stages. I've really enjoyed going through your videos. They are great for introducing friends to Digimon, which isn't always easy. I'm subscribed and looking forward to the next lesson.

Hopefully their data can be find its way back to the digital world through a digivice, computer, or nearby digital portal. If not...then they likely will not reincarnate at all.
@The_digiologist well there had been some digimon who have died and came back like cocomon and wizardmon but still confuse me
Honestly? Most of my Favorites are Rookie level. Dont get me wrong, the other levels are cool, but... My favorite Digivolution of ANY Rookie is an Armor Form... (i like Pegasusmon/Pegasmon) I do agree on one thing though... people need to STOP with Renamon. Leave the Fox alone. Also... you left off DNA/Jogress/Jogless Digivolutions, which are fusions of two, or More, Digimon. And can exceed Mega 1. Mega 2 and Mega 3 Exist you know.
Rookies are a great choice! Cute and full of potential! As for DNA digivolution I plan to cover that along with armor and dark digivolving in a later lesson. Also while some digimon are considered above mega in some sources, other official sources list them as just regular megas. I will go into the discrepancy and existence of super ultimates later on though!
@@The_digiologist being completely honest, my top 5 Digimon are all Rookies.(Patamon, Renamon, Dorumon, Lunamon, Jellymon) and That's primarily because they are A: Adorable, B: Foxes, or C: Both. Heck, my top 10 only have three non-Rookies, and of them, only one is higher than champion level(I like Apocalymon. It's the only major Villain Digimon that's secret was never revealed. I mean, Several sources claim the big shape with the chains is his prison, and he is still 80% Sealed... but we've never seen Apocalymon: Released Mode or whatever... might be an interesting topic for a video...) Now, top 20 gets interesting, with Beelzemon and Metalseadramon, among others... But yeah, I like the Rookies a lot. In fact, I can't think of one I DONT Like, species-wise(Specific characters though? Tamers Version Terriermon... I HATE that Terriermon. If I had been That kid, I'd have strangled it.) I have seen EVERY DIGIMON SERIES SO FAR. And I've played most of the games, had multiple V-pets... When everyone else was obsessed with pokemon, I was the Digimon guy. So I REALLY like you guys who do Digimon content. Always great to watch.
